Quick stop to grab lunch for the kids during our road trip. We went through the drive-thru, and the lady on the intercom greeted us with, “Whatcha want?” I couldn’t believe it, we had to laugh!
We ordered a Happy Meal, some nuggets, and two coffees for the adults. The coffee here is always surprisingly good, definitely added a star just for that!
The food came out quickly, but the service overall wasn’t the best. Still, it did the job for a fast, convenient stop.

I sat at the drive through waiting on someone to take my order for almost 7 mins, after waiting I drove to the windows and I was completely ignored! I’ve never been so disappointed and disrespected in my life.

We ordered at the kiosk and the food was quickly brought to our table by a nice server. She even got our drinks. Food was the standard served in all their restaurants. Tables and floors were clean and the decor is updated. Great stop for a quick bite in a convenient location.

Worst ran McDonald’s in America. You can stand right there trying to ask about your food that you’ve watched them make and they will ignore you while looking at the screen with everything beeping because it’s late with a lobby full of customers that want their food.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, thinking an issue might just be a one-off. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, and it was the only time I’ve ever paid for food and left empty-handed.
I visited this McDonald’s after picking up my 8-year-old granddaughter, and we placed our order at the kiosk. From the start, things went downhill. Despite several people waiting, no one received food for the first 10 minutes. At around 13 minutes, one order was finally handed out, but it was incomplete. Another 5 minutes passed, and only two orders were served, one of which was just two fried apple pies.
As time dragged on, customers began complaining. The only response from the employee was, “There is only one of me. Do you want to help?”—with no apology for the delay. After 30 minutes, I asked for a refund and expressed that this was the worst service I had ever received. Instead of addressing the situation, the employee gave me my receipt and told me to come back the next day for the refund, despite knowing I had a two-hour drive ahead. Then, she just walked away.
After 37 minutes, we left with no food and no refund. My granddaughter was in tears, not understanding why we didn’t get our meal. The entire experience was unacceptable.

The drive through area was an awful mess this morning but the food and service was fantastic. Also, this place has never once had a problem fulfilling Mobile Orders. It’s been on point and speedy every single time.

Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life coming from McDonald’s and fast food place what a surprise this burger right here today put five star burger restaurants to shame I don’t know what it is about this sandwich but boy is it delicious please do not get rid of the sandwiches is something you should talk to corporate about keeping on the menu forever thank you so much McDonald’s you made my day also I’m a huge fan of the McRib and I would rather eat this than the McRib so that says something because I’m the number one fan of that thank you everybody long live the Smokey BLT quarter pounder and also the customer service was awesome lady at the drive-thru was great and the people that gave us our food was great everybody was in a good mood and polite and respectful thank you for our visit today
