The sushi, the sake, the service! What’s not to love?! I really enjoyed the sake flight and sushi regular. It was awesome that the sushi regular came with soup and salad. We had such a wonderful lunch at Wasabi Bistro! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Gavin. He was so friendly, attentive, and personable—he truly went above and beyond to make our lunch date special. His warm energy added so much to our meal. Took my wife’s Grandma out for her birthday and the food was great. The best part of the night was the service though. We had Gavin as our server. He was extremely personable and made our night out enjoyable. He helped my wife’s grandma find exactly what she wanted on the menu and had her smiling from the first interaction. Even though there were plenty of people dining in that night, he checked on our table regularly giving us updates on the status of our food and never left us feeling neglected. Gavin was one of the best waiters we have had in a long time and very much deserved the larger tip we gave him. Wasabi is very fortunate to have him on their staff.

I went in with my friend for lunch today and we had 9 kids between the two of us. That may have overwhelmed the average waiter, but not Gavin. He was an absolute rockstar, the most outstanding waiter I have had in years. He was prompt, super friendly and accommodating. We were playing a game while we waited for the food and he jumped right in to join us. The kids even made up a silly name for him and he responded to it the entire length of our lunch stay. Food was fabulous and hot. Order for all 11 of us was spot on. He even made a suggestion that would help us save money on the food we wanted to order by getting a lunch combo special. We had a fantastic experience and will most definitely be back soon. Thanks Gavin! Keep up the fantastic customer service!

I’ve been around restaurants my entire life and Alex has a genuinely humble confidence about her that is just beautiful. She is conscientious of all your needs and doesn’t miss a beat. Doesn’t bother you, just serves you as if she was made for this vocation and establishment. The world needs more wait staff like Alex!!!!! Please!!!! ❤️

My friend and I were able to slip in here with 9 kids between us and be seated immediately. The food was yummy, not too long to come out, the kids servings were generous, and the service was impeccable. Gavin took the absolute best care of us! He’s the kind of waiter you pray you get. He was friendly, funny and helpful. Wasabi, hang on to that one!

Gavin was fantastic! Everything was clean, brotha was fast and dude made sure we were well kept. Honestly, Gavin was the best server I can honestly say I’ve ever had. Food was fantastic and everyone at my table shared the food. Shoutout Gavin, brotha is a G and honestly I’ll be asking for him WHEN I come back. I’d take a photo of our food but I crushed it without thinking about a review.
