My husband got a burger and fries and I got a prickly pear margarita and side salad. The margarita was definitely the best and the food was as expected. However, the margarita took about 5 minutes to come out but the food took an HOUR. There were only 4 other tables and one person at the bar in the whole restaurant. We waited an hour for a burger, fries and side salad. The atmosphere isn’t “bad” but it’s a little depressing. It feels like everyone working there would literally rather be doing anything else.

Went there for my birthday tonight and food was cold when we got it cuz it sat for probably 15 minutes before bringing it to us but they were short staffed and the manger was really understanding and sweet and took care of fixing the situation so I really appreciate her for that. Much love to her and our waitress if only I had their names id mention them for their respectfulness and kind heartedness ❤️

Thank you Applebees for helping make Veteran’s Day special for some of our veterans at the Cottages! Jessica took great care of our Veteran residents and made them feel so loved and honored. The food was great and it was so nice to see our vets come together and feel celebrated. Thank you again to Applebees and Jessica for making it all come together!

I wanted to rate my experience as 3 star but dessert – sizzilin apple caramel blonde earned an extra star.
We visited restaurant for lunch on wkend and choose 2 for $22 (Two Entrees + One Appetizer) option. We ordered ‘Spinach and artichoke dip’ as Appetizer and ‘Bourbon st Chicken & Shrimp’ and ‘Fiesta Lime chicken’ as entrees. Chicken in ‘Bourbon st Chicken & Shrimp’ was over grilled and almost burned, i left out half of it in plate. Lime fiesta chicken was ok. Dessert was really good and that’s why I’m giving 4 star else it would had been a 3-star rating. And yes, not the friendly staff.

BUGS IN THE FOOD AND IT WASN’T COOKED RIGHT. Like , not close. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I had a to go order and found this after I was home and had drank out of it. So frustrated I paid for this poor service.

The place was really quiet when I entered and I was seated immediately. My server was quick to come over and take my drinks and eventually my meal order. The food came out within 5 minutes of placing the order. Now, I wouldn’t normally complain, but it had me wondering what was freshly prepared, if anything. I ordered the grilled chicken, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were luke warm, the broccoli was a tab bit warmer, and the chicken was good. I could have waited a couple of minutes for really hot food. I was offered dessert 5 minutes after starting to eat my meal. I had to go back to the menu and select something. Dessert came out as soon as I finished with the check. I understand efficiency, but I felt a bit rushed. I was in and out in what felt like 20 minutes. I ate but didn’t get to enjoy my dining experience. Pump the brakes a little and let your guests enjoy their meals. There wasn’t rush for my seat as the place was pretty dead.

My recent visit to the Applebee’s in Rogers was extremely frustrating. When my party arrived, there were only a few other customers in the restaurant, so we expected quick service. Instead, after placing our order, we waited for 45 minutes and never received any food. Sitting in a nearly empty dining room with no explanation for the delay made the situation feel even worse.
What stood out most was the lack of communication. Our server never gave us a clear update, and no one came by to check on us or apologize for the long wait. It was clear that the restaurant wasn’t busy, which made the lack of service even harder to understand. Watching other tables with fewer people get served while we sat waiting left us feeling ignored.
In the end, we had to walk out without ever eating, which is something I rarely do. A night out at a casual spot like Applebee’s should be simple and enjoyable, but this was anything but. Unless things change at this location, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service.

Overall, not a great experience. There was confusion with our order, items not brought out, items completely forgotten. I got the ribeye, and it was lacking. Priced the same as steakhouses in the area, but no where near the quality of those places. The broccoli was bland, literally nothing added to the steamed broccoli. My wife got a pasta dish and the pasta was extremely chewy and the sauces was pitiful.
The building itself is dark and rundown. Waiter was inexperienced and missed items, and did not check in on us. The restaurant was quiet, but the staff was really loud. Yelling across the dining area.
