Truth be told
This Taco Bell is superb!! Food is hot and tasty. Very clean bathroom, dining room and kitchen everything looks perfect. Even though they were short on staff they staff was working was very very kind. Haylie made sure everyone was happy and such a fast and thorough worker. Onterious the manager was so kind and did i say the food was excellent and Elliott sure keeps everything neat and clean. Thank You @tacobell and workers for such great hospitality

Food is decently arranged. We got our food to eat in the restaurant but after we looked in the floors and tables there was a wreck look looks like it hadn’t been clean in 2 to 3 days we stood in the front of the restaurant waiting on service until I had to holler in the back to get somebody to come take our order. Employees hanging out in front of the store throwing their cigarette packs in the parking lot.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. The taco came out stale and rubbery, while the crunchwrap was dry and hard. To make matters worse, the cheesy fiesta potatoes the main reason I placed the order were missing entirely. The quality has gone downhill badly.

The food was good, but we ordered using the kiosk and chose to pay cash. We waited for 20 minutes before having to call into the kitchen to get someone attention, even though the cashier at the window looked at us several times. Once we paid, the food took about another 15 minutes, so I don’t think they had even started making it until I called out to them. There was 2 others in the lobby, and only a random car here and there at 7PM, so it’s not like they were super busy or anything.
The lobby wasn’t well stocked and it was freezing inside. Giving 3 stars because the food was good, but we spent over an hour there when it should’ve been half that.

We ordered new items and was not pleased with what was ordered. Not a problem as we were trying new items. I choose the loaded macho fries. Would have been good but the fries were colder than the lettace.

I can remember when a Chalupa combo was $6 and you didn’t have to wonder whether your food was going to be hot & fresh & delicious. Those days are long gone. Now a Taco Bell receipt for 2 is at a premium price for sub quality food. It’s 50-50 for your food to be hot and freshly made. And I don’t care what they say about that. I know Taco Bell used to serve their food the way I remember it because I went through the drive through kn my way to work 5 days a week every week and mu Chaluoa combo was ALWAYS hot and freshly made. After this last experience with them we will never ear at Taco Bell again. My food was cols, the Chalupa bread was cold and hard. There was hardly any ingredients inside to speak of. When I returned it to the counter and said this food is cold and I would like it freshly prepared and hot. The girl who was making the food came out and said she just made those, in essence, calling me a liar. The manager brought my new order to our table and I thanked her after I saw it was hot. But as I said, no beef to speak of, or anything else for that matter. With their prices being where they are we can no longer justify eating at Taco Bell when we can eat a ribeye sreak at Longhorn for just a few bucks more and get excellent food the first time and every time. Taco Bell will learn not to screw over their customer base or thet will eventually go out if business after all of their customers stop eating there period.

Placed an order about 9:30 pm. After almost 10 min, I got it just to have some items missing. Tried to go inside, but the doors were locked, so I had to get back in the order line behind 3 other cars and wait about 10 more min to tell them part of my order was missing. Took another 5 min to get those items just to get to the hotel and find all tacos broken and very soggy now. None of the burritos made correctly, and the Mexican pizza smashed in the box. Also got no silverware for the pizza, nacho bell grandes, or any sauce… This is probably the worst I have been to, and conveniently, they couldn’t give me a receipt.

This is the last time I will ever visit this establishment. I hope you guys shut down. You are the worst fast food establishment i have ever come across. I paid for food for 2 people. And I got 3 items. I purchased 10 items and received THREE. Your employees can’t count.

This is the perfect location for a Taco Bell. However, there are serious improvements needed from management, the store manager, and the GM. Customers who spend their hard-earned money deserve a quality meal. If they make the choice to fit you into their budget, that meal should absolutely be worth it. Right now, that standard is not being met. Honestly, the health department should be called. It’s time for leadership to take accountability, address these pain points, and ensure that operations are corrected and maintained properly.
