The food at LongHorn Steakhouse was absolutely delicious. The wild west shrimp was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, and our steaks were tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. You can tell the kitchen really knows what they’re doing everything we ordered came out hot and fresh.
The only downside to our visit was the service. Our server, Jada, seemed distracted and not very attentive. She forgot our drink order, and when we reminded her, it took quite a while to get the correct drinks. Her attitude just didn’t feel warm or welcoming, which was disappointing given how great the food was.
Overall, we’d definitely come back because the food was that good, we’ll just hope for a better experience with service next time!

Decent steak experience for those balling on a budget. They did push us through our meal quite quickly, we barely got to touch the table bread! Pretty loud when busy, but that’s expected anywhere. I do recommend joining the virtual wait-list for timely seating.

The two foh severs we had were amazing. A tell gentlemen and a blond lady with glasses. Very intentive and engaging. Food was absolutely delicious, exactly how we ordered it. The parm fries were so yummy and filling. Took most of our dinner home for lunch tomorrow.

They were very busy, but even so, they had spectacular service and surprisingly, the food came out quick. I ordered a couple of appetizers and the Wild West Shrimp. Cost came out to around $25. Would definitely recommend and come again! Thanks, Stacy F!

Just wanted to share our experience with a wonderful waitress. I’ve ungraciously forgotten her name, but we came in on a very busy Saturday tonight and sat right next to the host stand. She had just finished serving a very large party, and couldn’t have been more kind and upbeat. Making jokes with us, and running around nonstop. Drink refills were instant, food was hot and delicious. It is truly people like this that keep us coming back, she deserves some recognition!

Food is always tasty and fresh here. Typical steakhouse cuisine but has always been good the handful of times I’ve been there. Service people were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Recommended!

$10 for a half pound cheeseburger and a side. $11 for a decent sized Sirloin and a side. Hard to find that these days, even at a chain. Food always seems to be cooked to order, and comes out fast. Wait staff experience pleasant, to date. Bread while you wait. No vegetarian options aside from sides. (5-Stars for Lunch, not a review of other times or services.)

Barrett was a great server! We did not have to ask her for anything, as she was right there to make sure our drinks were filled and our needs were taken care of. Food was hot and delicious.
