Portions are always big! Love their buns so much that I got a dozen to take home. Waitress waited till fresh came out of the oven and put them in this container.

Everything they have is homemade from the noodles down to the sauces. Portion sizes are very large and and great as leftovers.

Heard alot about Combine Brothers and we decided to stop at the Hermitage, PA location for a late lunch. Enjoyed the salad w/ balsamic and the bread that comes is more like a half a loaf of bread, but it was very fresh and really good! I got the garlic and olive oil fettuccine, but you better like garlic as it was loaded and the pasta was a bit on the hard side. Needed to be closer to Al dente. The eggplant parm was a huge piece that took up half the plate and the Olive pesto with bowties needed to be more of an olive pesto sauce instead of olives that were crushed up and plopped on top of the pasta. The meatballs were large, but mushy inside. Could have used a bit more breadcrumbs to give them a bit of texture. And if you like a sweeter, floral tasting sauce then you’ll be good to go. They definitely give you enough pasta in one meal to actually feed two!

Usually love this place and we always order the same thing. Today it was way off. Picked up food to take home. The pink pepper sauce was very different it had a strange taste I just could not even eat it The baked ziti wasn’t right either. The cheese was not baked just kind of coagulated on top of the pasta. The tomato sauce was off too. The rolls were good…thank goodness it was all we could eat

Serving and service will not disappoint. Five star all the way. Large portions, hot, flavorful and priced reasonably for what you’re getting. We will definitely return.

Where to start….found this place on google trying to find some good Italian food in the area. We get there and immediately see fried ravs and house made wedding soup n the menu. Immediate 8/10….but we continue. Before ordering we get bread bigger than my fist brought to the table. After ordering (pasta build your own, blacken chicken Florentine) we received the House made wedding soup that tasted like my grandma’s from Naples Italy 10/10. I was trying so hard not to cry. Then our food came out….12/10. Every single thing that was brought out was immaculate. Beautiful presentation, wonderfully executed. Gordon Ramsey would give his spoon to these chefs.
The service was amazing, even met one of the owners and she was so sweet and kind.
We will be here again, I will be ordering catering.

I have to share just how incredible our experience was at Combine Brothers in Hermitage, PA. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfection. We started with the 4M, and wow — it was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable meal. The Pink Diavolo and the Carbonara were truly outstanding; the flavors were so authentic that for a moment, I felt like I was right back in Italy.
But what made our visit truly exceptional was our server, Linda. She was an absolute gem — warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. Her timing was spot-on, her recommendations were amazing, and she went above and beyond to meet every need with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of care and kindness to the table.
We will absolutely be back — and I cannot wait! Combine Brothers has earned a loyal customer, thanks to both their phenomenal food and the outstanding service from Linda.

If asked to describe Combine Bros, I would say, “It’s like an Italian restaurant and a sports bar had a baby.” The vibe is all “sports bar,” with TVs everywhere, and it has a very interesting menu with lots of Italian dishes.
What we had tasted good, and everything we saw come past our table was a huge portion. All of our meals would have easily made 2-3 meals. The eggplant parmesan was fresh and not breaded and fried, which was a welcome change. The pizza is interesting. The crust is neither thin nor thick, but somewhere in the middle. A kind of spongy, chewy dough, with a slightly sweet tomato sauce covered with a ton of cheese. Also the pesto sauce was good, but might have been better if the pasta had been thrown in with the sauce. It seemed to be just poured over the top rather than mixed in.
It was fairly busy, and our server did a good job, but was running around the whole time with tables inside and outside.
All in all, it’s certainly a place we will return to.
