Stay away from this Wendy’s until they fix the parking lot or have the black top replaced. I hit a small deep pot hole near the front of the store trying to leave the drive thru. It threw my front end alignment way out of wack and caused the rubber seal in the Axel to pop out

Wendy’s is know for it’s amazing Deals and good food. This location varies from time to time. I find that the day time staff is excellent with customer service and the food is hot and fresh.
The Night Time Staff: I only go as a Last Resort. Most of the time they’re closed 30 minutes to an hour before closing time and the food is……not good?!

They’re great when they’re food is fresh! The ghost pepper chicken sandwich is good but not extremely hot like people think! I always get the regular spicy chicken sandwich or nuggets! The burgers are great but only if you’re getting the Dave’s burgers!

My daughter and I have been going here about once a week for the last few months when we are in the area. We have always had a good experience. Sometimes somebody will answer at the drive-through and they are so upbeat and fun! They’re always helpful at the window when I ask for a receipt or extra ketchup. They have always been nothing but friendly to us. Recently, I got the app and I earned a reward really quickly. The food is always perfect.

I’m giving this a one star because every time I go to this Wendy’s they have horrible service. Their food is always cold and every time never fails. Something is always missing or wrong in my order just the other day. I let my daughter go inside to use the restroom where I was ordering at the window. They try to tell her that she couldn’t use the restroom because she wasn’t a paying customer. Just horrible customer service horrible all-around bad service.

Customer service is bad. There is one lady that has been there a good while she is great. Always smiling and and giving you a good experience. I order the salad ask for my chicken to be grilled fresh. Didn’t happen lady says that the chicken for the salad is cooked at one time and that’s what I have to take. The lady that I spoke if earlier she says ok and let me know how long it will be.
