I have been eating at Moe’s for 20 years and have eaten at Moe’s all throughout the state. I regularly eat at different Moe’s locations (at least 1-2 times a week) throughout the Columbia region . The people working at this Moe’s — for years — have consistently been the best. The employees are warm, welcoming, and know all the regulars by name. There is no customer service that matches what you get at this Moe’s location. On top of that, the food and sauces at this location are supreme to other locations. I would argue that this Moe’s has the best Mexican food in town.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. There was a black piece of plastic inside my burrito tonight—it was tucked inside the food, not on the outside. This is a serious health and safety concern, and I could not finish eating it. Very disappointed with this location and will not be returning.

If I could give negative stars I would! This location is horrible when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I went there for dinner 1/12/25 around 730-8pm. From the moment we entered the building, there was not a greeting “Welcome to Moe’s” we were greeted with an attitude and rude service from someone who later identified to be an “Assistant General Manager” Zyanna. I’ve never heard of such a title because you’re either the general manager or you aren’t… She was throwing our toppings into the bowl and later tossed our food to the register. Any questions we had she seemed annoyed. Simple things about the rewards on the app. We were the only customers in the building at the time. There was not a rush or overwhelming situations happening to be treated in such a way. I literally had to ask the guy I was with “Am I tripping or does she have a problem?” He confirmed he was witnessing her attitude and what was happening with our food. We sat outside eating and I decided to call the restaurant to find out her name. I’m literally watching them through the windows of the building, passing the phone back and forth playing before she actually started speaking with me! If this is any form of a manager, no wonder why this establishment offers this kind of customer service. I will be filing more complaints beyond the restaurant considering I came by the next day and left my name and number for the manager to contact me. I was told they stepped out to deliver a catering order. I never received a call or voicemail or email! So after a week of waiting patiently, this will be escalated.

I love coming here when I get the chance. The food is good amazing, the service however isnt always so. I now only come on nights because the manager Jamie is always so kind and aware because of past experiences with other managers being rude. I have to give her a lot of props… she is always sweet and makes sure my order is right. I wish I took pictures but I was so hungry

I just left this store and the service by Jullian(the manager) was completely unacceptable. No proper communication between staff so the customer has to catch mistakes before being overcharged. After asking for utensils for salsa bar I was given attitude and told “can you just give us a min we just opened up? “ I was not being rude up until that moment. I asker her why did she come into work if she didn’t want to. The store clearly is being ran into the ground with this manager as a leader. Looking at the previous reviews i don’t care what deal you give out would never go to this store again.

Literally just left there. Absolutely no salsa for anyone’s order,only 2 of the queso’s ordered when two meals were supposed to come with it alongside salsa PLUS the extra we paid for. No salsa nor sour cream in my husband’s bowl,even though the receipt clearly has everything listed. Add to that they tie the bags in a triple knot so you can’t check it and only find out the order is wrong once you’ve driven all the way home. I can’t rate the customer service because once I entered I heard a “welcome to moes” and then it was like everyone disappeared.

Exceptional service here, they were polite/friendly as they made mine and my dad homewrecker burritos which WOW were really deliciously made. I tried taking a picture of my burrito as I was eating it but well the pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you guy’s at Moe’s… YOU are the best!!

Customer service was just bad, ordered tacos and wanted sour cream then ended up with three piles of sour cream. After saying something the girl continues to tell us that’s just how it comes out when clearly she dumped the condiments on top. There’s a reason this place is empty. Not to mention chicken was cold on my tacos.

I usually leave satisfied with my order at this location—but not this time. I ordered my usual Homewrecker bowl, and it tasted off from the first bite. The rice was clumped together like it had been sitting too long, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked days ago and reheated. It didn’t have that fresh flavor I’ve come to expect.
My husband and I usually split a bowl, but neither of us could finish this one. We ended up throwing it away, which is frustrating—especially when money’s tight and every meal counts. If you’re serving old food, just say that. I don’t like feeling misled or taken advantage of when I’m spending my money.

I had a rep from Moes come and cater My work, he gave us $3 burrito or $3 burrito bowl coupons. When I ordered my burrito and burrito bowl it was $18. The rep said it was NOT $3 off but $3 Burrito or burrito bowl. The workers were very hostile and didn’t even acknowledge my coupon. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. DONT GIVE OUT THE COUPONS IF YOU’RE NOT GONNA HONOR IT. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
