I’m so irritated, I know these are younger kids learning and probably experiencing their first job, but seriously i asked for extra onion and pickle and got this, also on TWO BOTTOM buns. The fries were old and definitely the bottom of the basket. I don’t have to go to mcdonald’s but maybe check and see if they know what they are doing because this is frustrating especially for waiting as long as we did you would expect the food to be hot.

This McDonald’s is awful. Terrible. If you asked these workers what good customer service was, I don’t know that a single one of them could tell you what the definition is. I’ve waited over 25 minutes for my food when I was the only one in the restaurant, “managers” don’t even know how to print a receipt, no one’s ever at the counter… I’ve sat there ringing the bell for 5 minutes and they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there… Like I said, just freaking aweful. I have a hard time comprehending the level of disfunction that this place runs with.

The cheeseburgers are very thin and do not taste very good. The fries taste like cigarette smoke, and there was a strand of hair in them. In my ketchup cup, there was a good amount of mustard mixed in. Also, my Oreo McFlurry only had Oreo in the first inch of the cup. Atmosphere is great tho! Still wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped in for a quick drive thru lunch at the back window I paid with cash, the lady who took the cash proceeded to turn around and make breakfast burritos without changing gloves. I sat and watched her for awhile in disbelief. I got out of the car (passenger) an went into full Karen mode. I spoke with manager who apologized and said she would address it and send her home. I walked out but somehow didn’t believe the sincerity so went back in to get a name but they would not give me a name of the manager or would she come back up, then heard them yelling to stop so they didn’t address my initial concern. I got a younger (not manager) employee telling me she wouldn’t stop and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it. I called the 1-800 they took my basic info and never called, I messaged corporate and as well nothing.
They don’t care about your health. I have videos of the manager stating she would address it and as well videos of them younger girl after saying she didn’t and wouldn’t address it. Oh and then got the wrong order to top it off.

We had a mobile order placed and at first they had said that they had it, and we came to the window and they started saying they didn’t have it. One lady with pink her and piercings was extremely rude about it and kept stating over and over again they couldn’t get it to us even though we had the app up and everything. We came inside and a lady with long brown hair helped us and she was so sweet about it. The pink hair lady was pissed again walking by and saying about how they couldn’t “get it from a screenshot. Terrible terrible customer service.

I’ve never gone inside before. I can’t believe how trashed and disgusting the place is. The employee wouldn’t give me a refill of my pop because “we don’t do that anymore.” There was also a random guy dressed in street clothes that went in the back by the food.

I mean, I eventually got my food, but I was the only person in the lobby when I ordered and it took 20 minutes to get a Happy Meal and a Coke Zero. Lol. I’m typically not one to complain about service at a fast food place, especially McDonald’s, but zoinks.

The workers suck and barely know what they are doing. They make sandwiches wrong. There’s always something missing whether there would be napkins, a drink or a food item. make you wait super long just to get a couple of items and no one in the drive-through. ridiculous

I have attempted to order from this location twice, and I must say it is the worst McDonald’s franchise I have ever encountered. The employees are rude and treat the establishment as if they were at school. I prefer to spend my money within the community, but I will never return to this McDonald’s again. I even go out of my way to visit other franchises to support them instead.
Beyond the issues with the employees, the food was cold, and that’s only if my order was correct. When you spend your hard-earned money, you deserve to receive what you paid for and complete your order correctly the first time.

I knew better than to cone to this McDonald’s but, We tried it anyway and man they dont disappoint when you dont expect anything……. 10 minute wait to take our order…… 20 minutes to get our food. And of course half of everything is cold or old food……
