visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on February 4th around 5:15 pm with my children and my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall.
The restaurant was not busy at all, yet our service was very slow. Our server rarely checked on us, and when she did, there were several issues. I ordered chicken strips and fries for both of my children, a burger and fries for my mom, and the Ultimate Sampler for myself. The Ultimate Sampler came out with incorrect items and sauces compared to what I selected. In addition, the server did not seem knowledgeable about the alcoholic beverages when I asked questions to help choose a drink, and I ended up with a drink I didn’t really care for.
When the food arrived, one of my children’s meals was missing entirely. We had to wait a long time for my daughter’s food to come out, and by the time it did, the rest of us were nearly finished eating. To make matters worse, my food was cold when it arrived, which was surprising considering how long it took to come out.
Toward the end of the meal, I tried multiple times to get the server’s attention so we could pay and ask for boxes, but she never came by. I eventually had to walk to the front of the restaurant to pay the check myself and request boxes.
This was meant to be a simple night out with my kids and my mom, but the lack of attentiveness, incorrect food, delays, and overall service really took away from the experience. I was disappointed in the level of hospitality, especially given how quiet the restaurant was at the time.

Excellent customer service just thrills me! I am disappointed I can’t give Jenna, our amazing waitress 10 stars! She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and just a positive energy to be around. My husband and I enjoyed our lunch too. It was tasty, filling, and great price for the meal we ordered. We will be back!

First and foremost my server Jamie was amazing. She’s very attentive and on point.
Outside of the service it is well known in the restaurant industry that the state of the washroom can be a good indicator of how clean the facility is as a whole. I’ve been visiting this location off and on for years and every time I walk into the restroom it is disgusting. The floors are covered in urine and sticky, nasty vomit looking debris in the sink and no paper towels. This indicates to me that the employees don’t care and are likely not even washing their own hands.
Restrooms at locations like this need to be cleaned MULTIPLE TIMES DIALY! This one looks like it’s only cleaned once a month. If you get sick from eating here it’s likely because the kitchen is just as nasty as the men’s restroom.

Definitely a place to enjoy a good game, the staff are always friendly and willing to help you choose something you may want to try, they’ve started these game nights which are awesome!!! The staff do take request if it’s a slow game day. The managing staff are always ready to take care anything you may need. It’s one of my top go to’s!

Food was decent after they got our orders correct. Service was polite and very slow. We had to find our waitress so we can pay. Never got refills on our drinks of tea and soda. Dirty tables left around us.

The wings were not fresh and they were cooked so long they dried out. Then the cook barely coated them with sauce. I was so hungry I ate them anyway. I had my mouth dry on these wings. What a dissatisfying experience.
Update: after I filled out the form on their website, the manager called and apologized and offered to give a gift card for the amount of my purchase.
But I am still in shock that the cook would serve this kind of food. I just wonder what was going through his head. For that reason, I am not sure I would trust or ever return to this location.

Wings were great! Best wings I have had from a bdubs! I always recommend getting them well done if you get traditional wings. Service wasn’t the best unfortunately.. We reminded our server about our fries 3 times and didn’t get them and had to request them from a different server.. By the time we got our fries we already been eating our wings for 30 minutes. Also, we were short by 4 wings and had to request the other 4. Overall, the food was good though!

I am so glad this chain changed back to numbers when it comes to the size of wing orders! Snack, small, medium, and large was not it! It’s nice to actually know how many wings you’ll get each time. We went during lunch on a weekday and they have extremely great deals that make grabbing lunch at BDubs the way to go. The wings are hot and the sides are seasoned well. Service has been great since I started going here again. Very welcoming and attentive. Haven’t had any issues other than the seats needing to be wiped down, but you see that at a lot of places. This spot has really improved! I’ll be returning, especially during lunch!

We went in for a lovely afternoon lunch. The service was relatively quick, however, the food was DISGUSTING. We ordered the sampler appetizer with some fried pickles on the side. Unfortunately, the fried pickles tasted like they were fried in old chicken grease oil. And the chicken wasn’t any better, it tasted old and was bouncy. Our nachos on our sampler were okay, however, they were just as cold as the chicken if not more. And the icing on top of the cake, the mozzarella sticks tasted as if they were made in the same oil. I don’t know what the managers are enforcing in the kitchen, but they don’t seem up to health code standards, let alone our standards.
