My complaint is that the fries were useless. They were almost soggy and worst of all it had excessive salt on it that napkins could not wipe off. This is at about 10:40 AM on a Friday morning. Not super busy and I get horrible fries. I go there for the fries which is hit and miss, but today’s fries were worse than usual. I’m sure the strips is ok , it usually is. I haven’t eaten it yet.

This location used to be a great place to stop if you needed something to eat in. The lines used to move very fast. However, they’ve since made some changes to the drive-thru. Now one lane is only for for ordering and the other lane is for mobile orders. So unless you play some mobile order you cannot use that lane. This in return has made the experience in the Drive-Thru lanes lot slower and now they Park you like McDonald’s and have you. Wait for your order if you have more than two meals which sucks because since there’s only one lane for drive-thru orders. That lane gets pretty long and you get trapped in my other cars while waiting for your food until that line moves. All of that to say I will not be returning to this location until they return the drive-thru back to the way it used to be where you can place orders in both Lanes because it was just not worth the experience and they got my order wrong after having to park and wait for it. Also, the person taking the order has to follow you all the way to the window now which is weird and I don’t like it.

There’s a reason I hardly go to this location. Seems like every time I’ve had a less than good experience, it has been this one. I ordered the Cobb Salad and didn’t receive the dressing. I didn’t notice until I got home. And I also happened to not have any at home. I don’t want a plain, dry salad. Now I have to wait until I get some salad dressing to eat it if it doesn’t spoil before I get some.

I love Chick-fil-A the food is always good! The quantity is not exactly filling especially considering the price, my fries today (and every time I visit this location) were not even close to being a full order, and in the box there were 3 full waffle fries, the rest were all broken tiny pieces. SMH

This location always delivers tasty fresh food for the many years I’ve been coming here with my family. The only recommendation I have is, if management sees this, hit up ya vents with a duster one good time. This vent in the play area was diabolical.

My food was delicious and made correctly, and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, this is the only Chick-fil-A I have ever been to that doesn’t make the wraps fried and spicy. It is really irritating since that is my go-to meal, but other than that it was fine. Hoping this review can inspire you guys to make my order since you have the supplies to do it.

My co worker order breakfast for couple of co workers before we started our day. Everything was fine with everyone orders but when I got my food the spicy small and harsh brown taste old like they been drop back in the gease to get fresh again. I don’t do biscuits so I got a bun instead. I called the store and spoke to the manager an which he apologized and said he would give me a free meal on the mobile app. That never happen. Honestly this is the reason I stop going to chick fil a because just like any other restaurant they mess up your order too.
