We come to this burger king all the time, because it is close to my house. Here lately, the service has been terrible. I have to go in all the time, because they have you pull up and bring out food before checking it, and something is always missing. Today, I went to get my niece a kids meal. They didn’t have a toy, but I was charged for it. I went in, the manager was rude and said the cookie makes up for the toy. My niece won’t eat the cookie. I got charged for a sprite too, because I guess the kids meal only comes with apple juice. I am just really disappointed. I guess we will go to a different burger king or McDonald’s.

My family and I frequent this restaurant often for the playground.
When we got there, they were out of regular size buns, large drinks & ice in the fountain.

The manager was there when we ordered & told the staff at the register to NOT tell people that they were out of things.
The floors were extra sticky.

Dear Burger King Corporate Team,

I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience my family and I had at your Georgia Street location.

I was picking up my five children from school, and we intended to use a “free burger” coupon my son received from his school. When we reached the drive-thru window, my son realized he had forgotten to mention the coupon during the initial order. While I expected this could be easily corrected at the window, the response from your staff was completely unacceptable.

The employee called for a manager, who then began yelling and cursing at my son. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering my youngest child is only six years old and witnessed this behavior. Due to this treatment, we left and went to the Burger King on Western Street instead.

I hope you will look into this matter, as the conduct of the manager at the Georgia Street location was entirely inappropriate

I had a really bad experience at this Burger King. From the start, the man on the intercom was very rude and rushed me while I was ordering, even though there was nobody in front of me and nobody behind me.

After ordering, I waited at the drive-thru window for 30 minutes just to get my food. When I finally received it, I politely asked the older lady working the window for ranch and ketchup. She gave me one of each.

I then asked if I could please have two of each and even said I was willing to pay extra. She rolled her eyes, threw the sauces into the bag, handed it back to me, and slammed the window shut in my face.

The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Being busy is one thing, but there’s no excuse for rude behavior from multiple employees. I will not be returning.

We chose drive-thru to order 4 spicy royal crispy chicken burgers but no one took the order so we had to go to the window to order. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get the order and it turns out to be the wrong order. We went in and when complained about the wrong order, they took another 30 minutes to give us the right order only to find out the chicken was undercooked. Really bad service and if the store is under staffed, they should warn us before. Such a waste of time!

Went to get a simple chocolate shake around 1 in the morning. Was told the shake machine was down. I understand this location closes at 2 AM but you should have FULL service and a FULL menu available until that clock hits 2 AM. I didn’t even bother asking why because I’m sure I was being lied to but I guess that’s why this location has gone downhill so fast.

I went through the drive-through and got two orders of cinna minis, which was around five dollars and they started handing me food turns out they charged me for the person in front of me so then they “refunded” my money but as it turned out I was charged for both my order and the other persons order because they didn’t refund it onto my card they refunded it to the person who actually bought the food so I ended up spending over $30 to get two cinna minis. I’ve spoken to the person who did the transaction several times and she admitted the mistake. I have asked for my money refunded she was supposed to talk to her manager to get it fixed and now she just ignores me and no one answers the phone at the restaurant. I’ve contacted The corporate office but because it is independently owned, they referred it back to the store with my information and I have heard nothing.needless to say we will not be going back.
