Disappointing. First attempt at a Wendy’s in at least 5 years. It will probably be another 5 before I try again. The burger was tiny (ketchup packet for scale, or lack thereof) and hardly hot off the grill. Good thing it was a combo with nuggets. They forgot those. I did get my fries, so maybe this is the Meatloaf combo? Two out of three ain’t bad. I never have issues at Culver’s. Their food is truly hot, fresh, and orders have never been short.

Drive thru Dec 10th at 6:06 pm took 20 minutes. Finally got to window, paid then they asked that I park and wait for my order. It was wrong and not just (they forgot the mayo). Called Wendy’s to speak with the manager, the call was as rough as the drive thru. No, we dont refund drinks (my Sprite is pink in color). I relayed my order details, they will replace now that my name is on the list. Manager would not give name or employee number, nothing was provided confirming that we have a pending replacement. I wasn’t given an explanation date for the replacement and manager was snarky by talking over me. So very disappointing after a long day. I have always been thankful for food service employee ‘s but today was awful experience.

Hit and miss with having a competent cashier. I forget this place is here. Place packed at lunch and hate to waist most of my lunch time waiting in line. Food Quality consistently satisfactory. Chili, bacon cheeseburger, baked potato, $4 meal and frosty are all pretty good. Dining room fine although could be cleaned much better. Front doors and door handles need to be cleaned.
update: October 2023: went inside to order a take out meal. Cashier/front counter guy was friendly, efficient and on point. I Paid, got my drinks made and waited a short time for my food. Got my food and left. Ate my food. it was pretty good. No complaints about the food.

Every time I walk in this store, it smells like someone pooped in the lobby. Nasty smell to have in a food restaraunt…especially if it’s a daily thing. Maybe the health dept needs to inspect the building. This is disgusting.

Love Wendy’s since I was young but today was absolutely terrible I placed an online order for my father to pick up in drive through and they said they didn’t have anything under my name so I went back and clearly checked it was to that location and from what my father was telling me they were disrespectful about it so I had to send screenshots of my screen showing that I paid for it and at that location honestly if I was anyone I’d stay away from this location

I stopped by Wendy’s and left a bit disappointed. The food wasn’t as fresh as I expected, and my order took longer than usual even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff wasn’t rude, but the service felt rushed and not very attentive. I’ve had better experiences at other Wendy’s locations, so this one fell short of what I was hoping for

Why? Why do I end up leaving the line and going somewhere else every time ive gone here for 6 months after waiting 20 minutes for 1 or 2 cars to move. This place just needs to shut down already.

This place is great on food and service but they have two lanes and they never ever use the second one especially when they are busy late at night.

Ordered delivery from this location and I ordered 20 Piece Saucy Nuggets Meal and a Small Chili. When it arrived at my place It was missing my Fries and Drinks and my chili was no where to be found, thankfully I was able to get a refund for the missing items. Hence everything worked out in the end still kinda bummed about the missing items.
