Worst experience ever at your south willow st manchester nh location. I ordered the new maple BBQ whopper meal. With tax, it was almost 19 dollars..so I changed my order to a regular whopper combo meal with cheese this is what I got

11/30/25 @630 pm no one in the line or in building until well after we order and we finally got our order 20 min later. Worst service I’ve ever had and the food was the most unimpressive I’ve ever received from a burger king. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with but my family didn’t even receive what was ordered because hair net lady didn’t ring it up correctly

Everything 0. Especially service. The dress like they’re watching kids. No one was in uniform and the manager was mad I didn’t want to get a refund I just wanted what I paid for. Then told me flat out no, and that because I left drive thru it wasnt her problem… so I told her I wanted a refund but then told me she couldnt because I made TWO transactions. Not my problem either. Came here 10 years prior thinking maybe it changed but nope, still the same shitty employees. How is this place even open? Go to the location close to bedford- Everyone there is AMAZING.

Yes it was a long as line but theyre super sweet the people who work there and in this whole city filled with super mean people i really appreciated the kindness of the women. They did more than most people in this stupid trash city. I thank you guys for your kindness ❤️ im not used to people being super kind like that. Changing my stars to 5.

why does my burger look… artisanal? I’ve eaten at a lot of other burger kings that gave me disappointingly dry and burnt impossible whoppers. this one was the best I’ve ever had and the presentation was so good? obviously we’re judging this by fast food chain standards. staff seemed fine but I barely interacted with them as I was using drive thru. can’t comment on anything inside for the same reason.

Friendly, fast and accurate. The only gripe I have about this place is the drive-thru is a little slow at times. And not to sound at all like a racist, it’s hard for me personally to understand some of the staff there. But that’s just me. Please dont get offended people it’s just an observation. I mean nothing by it.

Every single time I go through the drive-through here I wait at least 10 minutes even if I’m the only car, and then when you get to the window, they’re all talking on their Bluetooth. If there is more than one car, forget about it, you are waiting at least 20 minute. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got the worst bacon cheeseburger I’ve ever had from this place. The burger patty was so small it was laughable. It wasn’t much bigger than the small slice of tomato that was on it and it looked like a bite had been taken out of it.

I feel bad writing this but it’s gotta be said with honesty!!Don’t bother going here the wait quality way off the food and the service is trash literally!!! Everything is empty no water no straws no ice half drinks not available wait to talk to a manager or cashier and they stare and walk around watching talking on their phones the slips build up even after bringing up the problem I told 3 people and one still said so what do you want they have no mannerism all have bad attitudes!! one they don’t understand English so ordering is like teaching them how to say your order legit have to walk them through what you want how to say what they don’t even know how to pronounce and no it’s not a accent makes ordering really difficult it’s ridiculous they don’t understand how to make the simplest of food here fried burger nuggets with pictures how to make the food and still fail at it gave it a try 3 times before all same never again

Went to so Willow St and ordered the new BBQ brisket whopper. What I got was a cold whopper with a couple of crunchy onion strings on it, no BBQ sauce or brisket worst sandwich I ever got there. I won’t be going back. I used to love Burger King
