I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Large meal with a Dr Pepper. The fries were okay, but the chicken used for the Spicy Deluxe tasted old and stale. Not much flavor, and it felt and looked like it was cooked for too long. Absolutely dry. I don’t expect 5 star fancy restaurant quality from a fast food joint, but I do have an expectation to not bite into cardboard. I will not be purchasing this meal again.

I ordered a 40pc nugget and 2 large fry for delivery at around 11:30pm I knew it was late so I didn’t expect much for food quality but it was horrible. The drive was only a few minutes so it’s not to blame. The fry’s were cold and barely edible from how stale. Chicken nuggets were disgusting too. I understand it’s late but you could’ve atleast thrown them back in the fryer so they were not cold and hard.

Its McDonald’s!! What else can you say. You know what your going to get no matter what McDonald’s you go to. I think its good food, for fast food with choices for everyone. And if you use the app, you get lots of discounts on alot of the favorite foods, including various drinks. Sometimes even free!! Who doesn’t like discounts or free anything??

Long waits most of the times, some staff are great and greet while others just ignore and are not helpful. Very bad set up for front counter,takes a while for a worker to even acknowledge you. Drive thru line always long making parking spots up front inaccessible.

I had gone to this McDonald’s on HWY 111 in LA QUINTA, CA many times in the morning for breakfast.
The young girl who handed me my coffee at the drive thru over-filled the cup with the VERY HOT coffee and did NOT close the lid securely. The VERY HOT coffee spilled on my lap and the cup holder in the car with a third of an inch overspill. I was wearing cotton pants. Even the receipt she handed me had spillage. SHE SLAMMED SHUT THE WINDOW and had NO REMORSE AT ALL. I HONKED MY HORN because I needed a lot of napkins for the spillage. The short-haired lady wearing a McDonald’s visor opened the window with napkins to hand me already and shut the window right away again. I BELIEVE SHE’S THE SHIFT MANAGER. NEITHER ONE OF THEM SHOWED ANY CONCERN. DID NOT APOLOGIZE WHATSOEVER!!!
Another McDonald’s had already gotten sued in the past for overfilling cups with very hot drinks that ended up hurting a customer. These POORLY TRAINED workers who are not happy to have a job should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Trash service if it wasn’t so close to where I live I definitely would not pick this one, if I could throw a zero on this, I would which is I guess what you would expect but it’s not what you should expect. Been eating here for like two years straight and it’s the same Mediocre crew that doesn’t seem to care about their job. If I was the manager here, I promise you, it would not be anywhere close to this! I’m sure others feel the same and then they always try to silence you when you have something to say like come on Accountability isn’t real nowadays or what. Anyways, I’m gonna keep eating here because the food is The same as all McDonald’s

Ordered on the app, picked up from here, didn’t get my fries. Opened a ticket with support for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything about it but they contacted this restaurant. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything back. It is insane that it is this complicated for an organization as huge as McDonald’s to resolve the most simple of problems. Seriously rethinking if I will ever voluntarily eat at McDonald’s again.
