Rebecca the manager is something else. The soda machine was down when I stopped in to grab breakfast. The person I was grabbing breakfast for doesn’t drink coffee so I asked although orange juice is typically an up-charge if it will still cost more due to the soda machine being down and not ordering a coffee. The manager said she can’t discount the price of the orange juice which was $1.60. I asked her if it was an option and she said no she can’t do it that she doesn’t make those decisions. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes but she is told she can’t make those decisions. She said that I “continued arguing” with her and she deals with “people like me” every day. I never ask for anything to be changed when I go to a McDonald’s but I figured in this case it was worth asking. She was not happy that I was persistent. But she doesn’t need to be arguing with the customers or saying rude things like she did. The whole interaction of our time was worth more than $1.60. Do better Rebecca. It’s not the end of the world to offer something to your customers when something like the soda machine is out of order. The interaction could have been much better. Don’t assume every customer is a bad person or “arguing” with you when they are trying to explain their side. Get that chip off your shoulder and I’m sure your days would run much smoother.

My husband and o went through the drive through, got 3 sandwiches and a large fry. The person who took payment was fine, but the guy at the next window with all the tattoos and jewelry kept giving us angry looks whenever we looked in the window. When we finally got our food, I was pulling away when we noticed they forgot the fries. Totally understandable so we figured we would pull around and walk in. After waiting to get someone’s attention for about 7 minutes, my husband gave up since they were actively avoiding his gaze and attempts to get their attention. I wouldn’t recommend this location at night, just mornings.

This isn’t our local McDonald’s and we didn’t realize they were closing in 6 minutes. Tad, the manager, was so incredibly kind! He ensured we got piping hot fries, gave us an apple pie and had an amazing attitude. When we apologized for ordering so close to closing time, he smiled and said he was happy to serve us. Such service and hospitality is a lost art these days. Thank you Tad and West Linn McDonald’s!

Worst experience ever in the drive through. Maybe it’s better that you go in. Order was messed up and they try to charge me for someone else’s order. In the end I still got my drink upgraded to a Carmel frappe, and got an opportunity instead.

Fine location and food for what McDonald’s is. Service was adequate and I waited less than 10 minutes for my food

This Mc.Donald’s is ALWAYS messing up, they are all completely lazy and give zero effort on orders. It’s ridiculous how many times they can mess up one order. Workers seem miserable and take it out on customers! It’s seems impossible to get what you actually order. The reason I am leaving this bad review is due to MANY MANY mistakes on their end it’s a continuous issue at this location along with the terrible attitudes. Good luck if you order here.

Aaron, the man who served us did an excellent job. The store was very busy but was able to maintain good order and get the orders done very efficiently. Great attitude also from him and everybody working here.

I thought a fast food place with competent staff and good food was a unicorn, I was wrong! So refreshing to see a location where the employees actually try, and are efficient. Highly recommend!
