The burger is pictured with a sunny side up egg, but when it came out, there was no yoke (so basically a scrambled egg). I went up to the front to ask about it and get it fixed. I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone while the cooks kept looking at me. Kind of frustrating when your food is sitting and getting cold. When the guy finally came, he said the egg should come with the egg yoke and offered to look at my burger (which I hadn’t eaten yet). When I showed him he said it was just they covered the egg with cheese (which isn’t shown like that in the picture). I then had to stick my finger into the egg and cheese to show there was definitely no yoke and that it looked like the cook broke the yoke into the egg and cook it thoroughly. He then said he would check and get me another egg sunny side up. Then after a minute or two he came back and said they were going to have to charge me a $1 for the new egg. Confused, I asked, “So they made my burger wrong and now I have to pay a dollar to fix it.” He then replied, well they are wanting the other egg back. I shook my head in shock and gave him the burger and said, this is all taking so long at this rate they should remake everything for me (when they could have just simply cooked me a new egg and it would have already been done. They took my burger and fries and few minutes later all the same food came out with the extra new egg on top of the other egg (so they never even took the egg they wanted back so badly after all). I ate the burger and the new egg was cooked perfect. However, I didn’t like the burger, it just had way too much american cheese on it. All I could taste was american cheese. Apparently, they put a slice on for each patty, so I had 3 slices just from doing a triple, plus they put another slice on top of the original egg, so at least 4 slices of american cheese on my burger. Personally, I think the slice on the egg was to cover up that they broke the yoke and hide their mistake. Anyways, I didn’t like burger because of too much cheese as it was very overwhelming and I couldn’t taste the actual burger. I guess I should have asked for no cheese.
The tenders we got were way over seasoned (like too much chili powder seasonings) and my son didn’t care for them. The tenders were large, which seems great, but the texture was kind of strange, like they were not chicken tenderloins but rather chicken breasts cut into the shape of tenderloins. It seemed everyone said there food was very spicy even though we ordered everything mild. My daughter said she liked the Loaded Bird. My wife got the Bird and she said it was okay, but didn’t care for the spice.
For $95 (including a 20% tip), this was way too expensive. I would expect way better service on fixing a mistake and larger fry portions. Also, for the price, they should include an extra sauce no charge in my opinion. Quite disappointing.
I will say the guy at the counter was very friendly and wanted to make it right, however the lack of having a manager get involved and trying to charge me extra for their mistake is definitely poor service.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take before pictures. The food came out fresh and looked good. However, not sure the pictures do justice for how over seasoned the tenders were and how much cheese was on the burger.
Not only that, when ‘our food’ was ‘ready’ our little device didn’t go off, and we were given wings, fries, and some veggies. Not 3 meals. Absolutely terrible.
Then they got the order wrong, again. We asked for a refund because we don’t trust food quality at that point. Food picture is of the second order that was handed to us as we double checked before leaving and getting a refund.
Rating is not about the food, as we didn’t eat any.
Asked the cashier to repeat my order twice.
She confirmed my order both times as correct.
Got to the store.
Left with my order.
And was missing both my burgers, along with my small fry.
Was charged for one burger, and a large fry.
Spoke with the cashiers on 7 separate occasions. And each time was told to contact at a different time cause the manager wasn’t available.
Called every day for a week straight with no support.
Came in and explained the situation and still didn’t receive the food I ordered and confirmed with the cashiers on twice.
Poor service, and no interest to solve their problem.
Wasted 3 hours of phone calls, and 1 hour driving to never receive the food I ordered.
Asked for a refund on the phone multiple times as well only to get to the store and be refunded.
Shouldn’t have tipped them as well as I received attitude from cook for explaining the situation.
Management at this establishment is pitiful.
Will not be back.
Horrible experience.
Would give zero stars if possible.
Update 10/18/25:
Called to speak with the owner to get this resolved and to “make this right” (per the owners words in their reply), still have not heard back after 2 weeks later.
Their reply is for optics.
Go to chic fil a which is less than a block away.
Or
Drive a couple miles to Dave’s hot chicken where they actually want you to return, not just want your money.
