Website states this location is open until 12am we arrived at 11:20 trying to place an order, the drive through greeting system said they were closed but a car was just at the window and received their order. I called and immediately the phone was answered I explained how we were trying to order and the employee said they had already put the food away and the last hour to half hour of the business hours they are not “open” it’s only for cleaning. I understand cleaning is apart of the job especially with the kitchen however the website, and business hours posted on the door and window should reflect the times they serve food. I specifically drove to this location because it stated it was open.

Went through the drive through and again They messed up my order. While I was at the drive through, I asked them to give me the cinnamon twist that they forgot to give me.
The time before and they did. But when I got home, my current order was wrong. With items, missi took photos and the receipt and some of the food back and ask them To make it right because I had just spent forty dollars in there and donated a dollar to the boys and girls club and I just wanted what I paid for. I asked for the manager. She came and talked to me and was very rude and began to insinuate that I was raising my voice. Nevertheless she What’s not helpful at All I did not get what I asked for.
All I wanted was the taco that was missing And the number one combosupreme to be refunded.She would not help me. She then got on Her phone as if she was calling someone and walked away and told me to wait.I waited.She never came back.I just Left unhappy and without my items that I paid for. It’s.
Hit or miss at that place so I just let it go. I usually tip there even through the drive through.
But this lady was not helpful at all , and that was the manager. All she offered.
To do was give me some tomatoes and sour cream.Even after I showed her the photos which I will post. The two Tacos are supposed to be supreme with tomatoes and sour cream.Tell me if you see sour tomatoes. She tried to tell me that the white thing that is clearly lettuce.The sour cream.I told her she was being ridiculous.Very poor customer service

If I could give something a negative. This would be it. My expectation for fast food is for it to be fast. But when it’s neither that and the food is terrible, it’s an awful experience.
1. The line, we were the third people in line and still managed to wait 15 minutes for our order. Probably 5 to take our order. And then as we waited at the window I could see there statistics on a screen. The goal time was 3 and a half minutes. They were averaging 7.5.
2. The person at the window. I understand that you are trying to be nice. But you do not need to explain how good your drinks are, espcecially before acknowledging the customer at the window. Also taking the time to pet a dog for 2 minutes.
3. Please don’t put a table spoon of meat in a 3 dollar taco.
Lastly I would just like to say that I am not one that normally complains, this was an utter disgrace to fast food, and I hope one way or another yall could figure it out.

Honestly, this location has gotten better as it seems there are some new employees and management. Very friendly through the drive thru despite other customers being rude to employees. At times, service at the drive thru is slow, but it’s understandable due to short staffing.

The sign out front says “Taco Bell BREAKFAST”
There’s no breakfast available on the app so we popped over to the closest location only to find a lunch menu….at 9:30am. When we asked if they have a breakfast menu, we were told that they “no longer sell breakfast”.

The sign outside, the sign that tells you taco bell is here, says (in big letters) BREAKFAST! Taco Bell had the best fast food breakfast and I don’t know if it’s just this location or what but maybe get rid of the BREAKFAST sign BEFORE you discontinue it.

Taco Bell got a serious renovation inside. Avoid the drive through and go inside. The entire dining area has been upgraded and there is a kiosk to place your own order inside. Decor is really nice and up to date. Staff were working extremely hard and effectively working together to get orders out correct and in a timely manner. Glad to see all of these changes.

Nice clean restaurant, we order online and eat in restaurant. The Luxe box is a great deal and this Taco Bell made our Gordita, Burrito and Crisps fresh and hot with a very generous amount of fillings. Staff was nice and were eagerly taking orders for people that dont like to use the kiosk. We will be back!

You have to place orders only through kiosk, the employees here will not take your inside order. The kiosk are all over the place, I don’t work Taco Bell. The employees don’t care if you leave, which I did just that. May be the last time me and my family ever visit Taco Bell again
