Terrific hidden gem of a place (literally hidden behind a car dealership) offering authentic Cuban cuisine and exquisite baked goods.
I had ropas viejas, a particular favorite of mine, and it was tender and lovely, perhaps the best I’ve ever had. I chose fried plantains and congris for sides and both were flavorful and terrific.
As good as my meal was I was a bit jealous of my buddy’s Cubano sandwich, which was massive and jam-packed with delicious meat and cheese. I’m definitely getting one next time I go.
The restaurant is not large, so both parking and seating can be a challenge on the weekends when they are busiest, so allow extra time if you decide to go then. But if you want first-class Cuban food I don’t think you can do better anyplace in town.

The pastries here are absolutely delicious. The food overall is just as impressive, clearly made with great care and high-quality ingredients. What truly makes this bakery special, though, is the warm, attentive service and genuine Latin hospitality that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. A wonderful place to enjoy delicious food with heart.

In what world is it okay to give me a Cubano with half the ingredients missing and then not tell me? I get home and the TWO cuban sandwiches I ordered have no mustard, no pickles, and a bunch of mayo. I looked and don’t see any other sandwich they could’ve replaced it with. They literally just didn’t give me what I paid for -and it taste like crap too.

Today I visited for the first time. The staff is very friendly and warm. I love the atmosphere and the pastries and dishes are really delicious. Definitely slow down for a few and enjoy some Cuban coffee and a sweet treat or an empanada.

A truly authentic Cuban experience. Didn’t know what to expect but I’m glad we sought the place out. Kind of behind a dealership and a shopping center so keep going until you find it. It’s a bakery and a restaurant. Lots of pastry choices both sweet and savory and a wide selection of cakes. Staff was patient and helpful. Empanadas were great. Cuban sandwich was good (It didn’t have the pork pulled meat like I’m used to, but the bread was super soft). Ask for light mayo on sandwiches or it will be heavy. Eggs were very flavorful and the Yuka frita were great.

This fun and upcoming Cuban restaurant has wonderful food and the nicest staff you’ll meet. I highly recommend the medianoche or the Cuban Sandwiches as they are delicious. Go for the sandwiches and stay for the sweet cakes and kind people. The restaurant is nestled behind a car dealership but it is a gem of a find!

The girls here were super nice. The cortadito was AMAZING! I haven’t had a good cortadito in years, and it definitely hit the spot. I also got a beef empanada, and it was nice and flaky. Too bad I wasn’t here for the food, because their menu looks wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Edit 11/29/25: I’m sure the food is still great. BUT, they need to work on their costumer service. The girl in front was distracted and unfriendly. They also couldn’t serve us Coffee. Which wouldn’t be a problem if this wasn’t a CUBAN place. Coffee is a staple. I would still recommend this place but they need to work on Costumer care.
Great atmosphere. Clean and everything is made in house. Authentic. Would 100% recommend.
Edit: Sometimes though they have taken a long time getting our orders out. I understand they are busy though so it happens. Still recommend it though. They make good food.
