Well, its starbucks so the food and coffee is perfect all the time. Staff is always friendly even when they’re slammed they make a point to acknowledge you. I don’t live near this starbucks so I only visit this store maybe on every three months but its made an impression on so that I will remember this store.

I ordered my regular drink and my wife’s regular drink, and they were completely different. I customized my dragon fruit lemonade with 8 extra bubbles, which I had to pay for, and they gave me the regular version. My wife’s latte was too bitter, even though it’s usually sweetened. It’s disrespectful to play with other people’s money and time.

As it is thanksgiving I even tipped them more than my coffee worth..
When I opened my coffee it less than half….
I am not asking for anything extra but at least you should give what I paid for….
If I wanted small, i would have ordered small itself… not me ordering large and you putting small in a large cup.

Just moved to Spring Texas. This Starbucks is in walking distance from where I live, but I got it delivered instead. Not only did they mess up my coffee, Was supposed to be a white mocha with one pump of Carmel. It’s a chocolate mocha not even an extra pump of caramel. They didn’t give me hot sauce with my burrito either. Stuff is too expensive for this! Save yourself and don’t go to this location. They are obviously lazy and don’t care. I won’t ever be stepping in here again to spend my money. Service industry is a joke these days.

this is not my usual starbs location so i was hesitant but was not let down. tanghee was so sweet, and greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. from the time i ordered to the time i walked out, it was about ~5 mins which is good for the morning rush. def recommend!

I just ordered a vanilla protein latte with oat milk. No vanilla, not sweet at all and the oat milk tasted bad. I couldn’t drink it. The person at the drive through said the screen was going to ask a question. Couldn’t read it because it was too sunny. She wasn’t happy. Couldn’t she have just read it out loud? Kind of a fail. There are many other options. Won’t be back.

I ordered like always 2 venti matcha green tea Frappuccino. 3 scoops matcha, 10 pumps classic, extra ice. So it should be and u would think a light green color. I don’t know what they did but this drink is not what I asked for! It’s very very dark green (so they don’t make how I asked) it tasted so bad I got sick and threw them both out! I tried to contact store so they could remake them the right way and the phone is NEVER answered. It’s a busy signal or just no one answers. I will NEVER go to this store again. And in am I will go to another one and they better remake them right!!!! I get sb 2x everyday and NECER had this issue! That place

I am an electrician I travel all over Houston and I frequently stop at various starbucks. Oh my, I didn’t think I would scratch a starbucks location from my daily visits. I probably had the single worst service, worst visit of any establishment ever at this starbucks at 45 @ cypresswood. Not sure if it was the high school kids packed in but there was odor like a wet dog or something. It smelled! Bad! Had to wait in line, then once the Barista finished with her customer she took a break. Made me wait longer, my brain telling why are you suffering from this stench? The next Barista asked can I help you? I tried to open my mouth and yeah no I had to find another starbucks. Horrible service horrible atmosphere.
