They are a little slow (at night) but I get far better service than most fast food restaurants. By far faster than Arbys. They tend to remember all of your order unlike most fast food.

Walked In and immediately ordered and then after that went to the bathroom and then came out and saw the amazing interior. Nice workers. They were out of vanilla or they just somehow knew that deep down I actually wanted chocolate even if I didn’t even know that. They didn’t give us all the chicken nuggets so I had to fight my grandma over some which actually just made them more enjoyable. 5 stars.

I have tried really hard to let their mistakes slide. But it has dramatically gone down hill in the last 6 months. We have ordered multiple times, as Wendy’s is one of our go tos. But not anymore sadly. We hardly every get sauces, food is COLD, Burgers are disgusting and cold, fries cold and hard. Drinks sometimes don’t taste good. We don’t get the food we order and get food we didn’t.. They will keep burgers on the counter, NOT under the heat lamp. They weigh the food if you door dash it, so they just throw whatever in. They will argue with the Doordashers if they are forgetting drinks etc. They think they are constantly right, and are rude.
Also cooperate got rid of the Sweet and Sour sauce!!!! What is wrong with you people??? Bad choice Wendy’s.

I’m rating a 5 because of the young woman at the register. I went through the drive through today and you just don’t get this politeness and kindness anymore. I don’t remember her name but I went on Sunday 8/17 at 10:10a. She previously checked us out while dining in and my experience was the same. Amazing! She cuts all stereotypes for fast food workers. Super sweet young lady and extremely professional. Why isn’t she in charge yet!!!

Missing food, they wouldn’t let our driver confirm if all the food was in there. We were missing two whole sandwiches, received the wrong burgers that we did get. Fries were ice cold, burgers were ice cold. Our doordash driver watched multiple orders come and go while our food sat there are getting cold no heat lamps no nothing to keep it warm. Photo proof this is ridiculous.

It’s always dirty.
Tables are never wiped clean.
The floors are ALWAYS greasy (since it opened).
And there will always be some equipment broken at this location.
Today it’s the ice machines for the soda machines. Sometimes it’s the ordering kiosks. Lots of times it’s the ketchup pumps. Sometimes it’s the pop machines themselves.
As time has gone by the whole place seems to be falling apart. The location isn’t even that old.

Really slow, took 20 minutes to get my burger. My fries and chicken nuggets got cold sitting on the counter. Standing in front of the counter it looked messy in the kitchen Garbage can was over flowing, and there was Garbage on the floor. Seemed like there wasn’t any team work.
