I placed the order today via DoorDash completely received the wrong sandwich as well as no sauce for my nuggets medium french fries is halfway full no straw. It was just all around bad delivery Experience.

Complete ripoff. Did not include everything ordered. Food ice cold. Not made properly. One hamburger had a bite out of it. Wouldn’t feed this trash to a dog. Location response to complaint was non existent. These people couldn’t care less. Complained to corporate for refund, stated they forwarded to local. Crickets chirping. ZERO STARS.
UPDATE: I already complained to your customer service people who didn’t do anything. They claimed to have forwarded the complaint to the local restaurant who didn’t bother to respond. Good luck in the future with your “CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAM”. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company as FRAUD.

I had came to this location from yesterday on Sunday, 01/25/2026 and ordered a McGriddle breakfast sandwich that I had pre-paid for in the McDonald’s App. The manager at the Drivethru window didn’t know how to access the mobile order screen on her register and refused to give me my order that I I had already paid for. I asked for a refund and she just said no. I showed her my receipt confirming my payment and told her my card was already charged. She told me “That’s a you problem” then proceeded to slam the window on me. I will NEVER return to this location EVER again in my life if this what the so called “manager” thinks is acceptable behavior. She needs to learn how to treat people with respect. Do NOT come to this location

One of those “hit or miss” moments that unfortunately missed! Food was old and cold. Two double cheeseburgers were cold. Fries were extra greasy and limp, like they tried to refry them. Nuggets were hard and they forgot my sauce. It was somewhat busy so I was expecting fresher food. But ofcourse, we’ll go back and try again.

This location has denied entrance to everyone under the age of 18 without an adult, claiming the kids are making a mess of the building. My son just made me aware of this and there was a male African American man who stood at the door with his arms folded and shook his head no and refused to allow my son to get something to eat
This is unacceptable, how about call the police on the kids causing problems or remember the kids that cause problems and deny them entrance into the building rather than discriminate against everyone under 18.
My 15 year old son is extremely polite and well mannered and I do not appreciate him being treated in such a way

I just ordered from here through DoorDash and ordered two big breakfast meals for my kids but received one without pancakes. I would have gone and got it myself if they would answer the phone at this place since breakfast is almost over now. I called for twenty minutes with no answer at this location. Both me and my mother tried to call too, just rang and rang and rang with no answer each time.

I’ve been here a few times and I love the environment here, nice and relaxed, and the decor is very nice and also very quick service too. The staff is nice and helpful. McDonald’s has some of the best nuggets, those are always one of my go to meals when I come here.

This location is a pretty clean location. However, the customer service is consistently the worst I’ve ever experienced. For part-time work I do some secret shopper gigs, and today around 3:30 PM. I had an assignment, I went into the McDonald’s to order two random items, and I observed a young, short, Caucasian girl (who was working behind the counter, looks like she was bagging food) with a slick-back ponytail that went down her back. She was so extremely rude to the older gentleman who came in to pick up a delivery that appeared to be a GrubHub delivery of some sort. The older gentleman, seems to be about 70 or 75 years old, walks up to the register and asks this young girl to confirm the order if he was picking up was correct (as there were 3 bags sitting on the counter for delivery pickup), her response, “All you have to do is read, I know that’s hard for you to do, but yeah, just read, this one’s your order”. It was so sure that one of our colleagues would somehow correct her, however, instead, an older Caucasian lady working with her said loudly, “I know right? That’s why I don’t even bother to put them on the bag. Because they don’t read!” If I weren’t “shopping for work”, I would have kindly asked to cancel my order and terminated business with them. I called the store to speak to the manager from 3:40p-7:30p and was unable to get through to anyone at all; no option to leave voicemail was provided. Called ownership (as this is a private business) and was unable to get through; voicemail box was full.
