Pam did a great job addressing the needs of this customer and she got a nice tip.She had to run the whole store by Herself.She asked questions and set the mood for a nice dinner.She didn’t quible and provided fresh lemon slices,hey basically the food was superior to the competition.I am sure she out works her more young peer workers,Thanks Pam.

Today my son and I had breakfast at the Fort Oglethorpe Waffle House, and I left feeling genuinely thankful for the experience. I sat and watched so many people dining alone or without family on a holiday, and the staff there truly stepped in as a blessing for every single one of them.
They were the sweetest, most joyful team I’ve ever seen—working hard, smiling, and treating every customer with kindness. They were incredibly busy, yet still took the time to ask people how they were doing, to listen, and to make sure everyone felt cared for. You could tell they took pride in their job and in serving their community.
I grew up going to Waffle House with my granddad, and this was my son’s first Waffle House visit. The staff made it something so special and meaningful for us. I even got emotional just watching how they worked and how much heart they put into what they do.
I have never seen a harder-working or more thoughtful group of people. They were a blessing to so many today — including me and my son.
Absolutely 5 stars.

It’s a great place. Everyone is so nice and accommodating if possible. Food was good as usual. I like the bacon patty melt with hash browns loaded with sauteed onions, grilled mushrooms and lots of cheese.. so delicious. They stay pretty busy but still maintains a relaxed atmosphere.

The Waffle House is absolutely my favorite breakfast food restaurant! I live in the Chattanooga, TN area, but I always drop just below the state line to Fort Oglethorpe, GA, to the one on Battlefield Parkway right next to the CVS pharmacy. It is the best one in the Chattanooga area and the only one I frequent. My girls Makayla, Larissa, Roo and Chasity always take care of us! They are the best! And they’re very pleasant to look at! I work EMS and my partner and I go there every shift. If you live in this area and you like Waffle House, you will want to make this one your home location! If you’re visiting Chattanooga or North Georgia, you’ll want to seek this one out! Highly recommend!!! 5 Stars!!!

My family dined there this evening and everything was great until Pam yelled from behind the register to a man walking out telling him he didn’t add gratuity to his transaction. This is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. Unfortunately it happens time to time but if her attitude is similar at the table I would have a hard time wanting to tip her. This type of behavior makes everyone uncomfortable and it clearly embarrassed the other servers.

This will always be my favorite waffle house to go to, the staff are always super friendly and have a funny story to tell while they serve you. The staff are also always on it and get our food out fast. Ive never had an issue with the food and always feel comfortable in there and can clear my mind.

My name is Kynleigh and I am 17 years old. I have never wrote a review before yet this was the most inappropriate service. I walk in with my mom and dad tonight and the table we sat at was dirty so i looked at a young man and asked to use a rag and sanitizer which he said yes and was very kind. Then I get yelled at my a lady wearing a cap saying “DONT TOUCH MY RAG” infront of other customers may I add and out of all the times i’ve been there this has never happened which then again i’ve only seen her in there once. She then yanks the rag out of my hand so my dad proceeded to let them know that we will not be eating here and we left because this just happened about 8 minutes ago. Again all I did was ask to clean of a table which a young man allowed me to and she proceeded to yell across the restaurant at me. I hope this review is acknowledged and the lady has a talking to because I work at a restaurant and know it can be busy but raising your voice at ANYONE is uncalled for.

Didn’t even get a chance to order or anything. When service is so terrible I have to ask do I really want a waffle the no no I do not. Absolutely sorry. Mind you this is after waiting so long on the bathroom while in the lobby waiting to even be greeted that I left and used the bathroom at CVS n came back still no hi by staff n bro was still In the bathroom doing god knows what. Highly unprofessional.
