I can’t believe I spent almost $40 for food my dog won’t touch! And, how do you mess up a SINGLE PLAIN HAMBURGER?! My double was burnt and smashed to the size of the single! Really?! If I wanted a nasty Freddy’s burger or Steak-n- Shake then I would have gone there! Instead, I drove out of my way to get my granddaughter some chicken tenders that I pray doesn’t give her food poisoning! What happened to Culver’s?! You used to be amazing but now you’re crap like all the rest! I will NEVER be back!

Burgers are kind of greasy but good flavor and they have the best root beer, onion rings and crinkle fries. I like their fish sandwiches too but id have to say the chicken tenders are my all time favorite here. I only like culvers honey mustard, every other place its either too much honey or too much mustard (i dont like honey nor mustard but together its good). I think the sticky note system should be a system all fast food places have.

What I received is just fine. However, it isn’t what I ordered. I ordered a cod sandwich, only tartar. I received a cod sandwich with everything but tartar. Very disappointed. I’m in a school bus and already back at the school to pick up my students or I would have gone back in.

For a place with such good frozen custard, I wish their straws were a bit bigger in diameter, the current ones make it such a fight to drink their shakes and won’t allow shakes with bits inside of them to flow through.

We have become fans of Culver’s while on our road trips to the Midwest. The Culver’s restaurant in Sturgis is one of the reasons we have become fans. The service was very friendly and the food was fresh and a great value. The restaurant was also very clean including the restrooms.

I’m from ohio, never been to a Culver’s before. So I get to the menu and the lady I find out her name is Gabbie. I tell her never been to one before and she explained a few things to me and she was just so joyful. Very professional very happy. I get up to the window and another smile under her mask. People like this definitely want to make you come back. So I look inside and the floor is immaculate everything so shiny she tells me the place has been open for five or six years. Very very impressed she’s a crew leader. Been there since it open and we talked while I was waiting for my food no one was behind me so I stayed at the window and talked everybody in there was just working and very organized very impressed with this chain. I usually don’t go to chain restaurants. but I just drove almost 5 hours very tired wanted something simple. Congratulations to the whole place very impressed the food is excellent. I have pictures but can’t remember everything I had besides the pretzel bites and cheese, the milkshake salted caramel very thick and very good. Very tasty. Can’t wait to try more of these places see if there is good as the Sturgis Michigan one

Food was fine but the service was terrible. Waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come over to take our order even though there were more employees than customers. When she finally came over the girl just stood there looking at us not saying anything so we weren’t sure if she was there to take our order or clock out for the night. The employees were more concerned with talking to each other than helping us. Would have been nice for her to greet us since we are the people who help pay her wages. Would not return to this location again. I would rather get a frozen burger from McDonalds.

It was INSANELY packed when we went. Both pull ahead lanes were completely full and the line behind us wasn’t getting any shorter. They got our stuff out to us in a very timely manner though still and it was SO good. Didn’t taste or look like it had been sitting. We will be back!
