when i walked in, the person who was in front of me didnt even care to hold the door & she was an employee so that threw me off. then when i got home & was almost done eating i saw a black spot at the bottom of the cup. Then i poured the PLAIN rice out & look how the rice was brown & even more grime at the bottom of the cup. i completely stopped eating after that. this is absolutely disgusting.

Perhaps this was my mistake for ordering the chicken tenders, but those were the worst tenders I’ve ever had. Even worse than frozen tenders. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes, so I thought they were making a fresh batch or something. If that was the case, they could have fooled me. Not crispy whatsoever and the batter was super thin and not craggly like their other chicken. Get anything else on their menu and avoid the so-called “chicken tenders.”

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the size of the chicken in the 6-piece bucket I purchased recently. As a regular customer who buys from Jollibee almost every week, I’ve noticed a significant change in the size of the chicken pieces this time. Every single piece in the bucket was noticeably smaller than usual, to the point that they were barely larger than a peach mango pie.
When I inquired about this issue at the branch, the staff insisted that this was the normal size. However, I am very familiar with the typical portion size, and it was clear that these pieces were much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. I’ve even taken a picture comparing the chicken to the peach mango pie for reference.
As a loyal customer, I’m very disappointed with this inconsistency. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it affects the quality and value of your product. I look forward to your response and hope that steps will be taken to ensure better quality control in the future.

I love this place, best fast food fried chicken I ever had. Popeye’s went outta business a few blocks away about 2 years after they opened. Staff amazing. During Covid the Mgr was actually working on two POS at the same time! Never eat in there, but it always looks clean. And, it seems like the UN eats there, everyone loves good chicken.

I went in there placed my order told them I only wanted a drums. They gave me what they wanted. I called to complain. They didn’t give me no hassle. First time there. I really want to try. Their food. Had a bad experience, but they gave me a full refund I got the each one drum the rest wall thighs and I don’t like thighs. It was a young girl to register. I thought it was closing time and she had a bad attitude as if I did something wrong.

This is the 2nd time at this location and my experience both times weren’t good. The 1st time I ordered the Korean BBQ. When I got my order I had 3 thighs in my 3 piece box. When I asked why, I was told that was what was available. The 2nd time around the asked if I would like water or pineapple. I chose Pineapple juice. After I paid I saw an additional 50c charge. I asked her why I had to pay an additional 50c if they only had those 2 choices available and I was given a choice. They said they cannot take off the 50c so if I want I can take a water. This may seem trivial to someone but to me it’s bad customer service. Don’t offer something as a replacement without telling the customer that it would incur an additional charge. If 5000 persons don’t recognize the charge then Jollie B would make an additional $2,500.00 in 1 day. They need to do better than this.
