Went through drive through around 8:45am. line moved fast. Lady at the speaker was very rude, cutting me off. Got the wrong change back when paying with cash. My gravy biscuit wasn’t boxed well, just a plate and a wrapped biscuit and cup of gravy. No spork, fork, or spoon. Practically had to beg for ketchup. THE GRAVY WAS WATER. It was disgusting. And it had a strange sweet taste. Never going back.

In town for the weekend and decided to give this place a try as Bojangles isn’t where im located. They had a bunch of traditional “southern” items such as fried chicken, pork chops sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, green beans, dirty rice, etc.
The staff wasn’t very friendly and slightly gave off an attitude. The little food that we could see through the window looked old. We received our orders and some of the chicken pieces weren’t fully cooked as they were pink. The small bite i had of dirty rice tasted good and well seasoned. We asked for a refund as we didn’t want to bother with new food…remember half looked old and the staff had attitudes BEFORE we received food so we weren’t taking those chances. They begrudgingly gave us a refund and we left quickly.

This is the WORST Bojangles I have ever been to. I have tried this location a few times giving them the benefit of doubt. This time the experience only got worse ! We ordered a Super-tail family meal after having a long day of Christmas shopping. We were immediately told we had to wait 25-30 mins for the meal. We thought that was ridiculous but agreed to wait. We were told to pull into a park Adjacent from the drive-through window because there was car that was already waiting head of us . After waiting almost a hr and seeing several cars getting served in the drive thru line, we decided to the drive thru again which was now completely empty by now ! When came to the window we were told they were out of Mac & cheese and we will have to wait another 10mins !!!
on top of that our food wasn’t even hot ! The customer service was very poor & Nonchalant with a little attitude. Thus location has most definitely put a bad taste in mouth for Bojangles; which use to be one of the favorite fast food restaurants to visit.

Pulled in at 0536, 6 min after they opened, tried to go in the lobby, one of the workers just stared at me. Thought maybe just the DR ve thru was open then, tried to order through the DR ve thru and no one answered. No one came to the window when I pulled up. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not stop here on road trips, you’ll be disappointed

I went through drive through doing lunch hour yesterday they weren’t extremely busy I ordered my food got to window and was asked to pull up because I asked for fries no seasoning I pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes for fries ! The lady who was cleaning parking lot brought my food no bag no gloves I had several orders because I was picking up for myself and coworkers. They handed my drinks with no cup tray luckily I have several cupholders in my car I had to use front and back. When I got back to work I had the smallest chicken wings and they were lukewarm warm not even hot and fresh and it was lunch time. I asked for honey and ketchup they put hot sauce and ketchup in box. They did not give me a receipt and when I asked for one I was told I didn’t need one if order was right ♀️ Overall I had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant.

Ordered a grilled chicken fillet biscuit at the drive thru. When I got home, the chicken was burnt, so I had to cut that part off. The other food was okay.
