I ordered Uber eats from Arbys.I ordered a double beef and cheddar on a Sesame bun with curly fries and a water. When the delivery guy dropped it off I had two regular beef and cheddar sandwiches with potatoe cakes. I called Arbys and they told me that the delivery guy must have picked up the wrong bag. However, the receipt hanging from the bag had my correct order on it,nothing that was in the bag!! How do you mess that up?? I was soooo angry when I talked to the female supervisor that I drove the order back

Went to Arby’s on 8349 Two Notch Rd restaurant #05643. My visit was approximately 3:00 pm and I ordered a sandwich and curly fries (cold). I should have known better not to dine when there’s no line. Just please do better to provide good service and fresh products no matter the time of day.

One of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been in. This place has lots of seats and each time I’ve come the place is very clean. While it is just a fast food place I can see people visiting to sit down and enjoy their meal here.

Visited tonight 3/8/23. Team on shift were wonderful! Almost no wait time. Professional at the drive thru from ordering to leaving. Young lady was super nice! Fries were fresh, French dips were delicious, and the sweet tea tonight…….TOO DAMN GOOD!!!

21 minutes from the time I got in line until I received my food. Cashier did apologize for the wait but the food quality was not there! As you can see in the photo of my cheddar fish sandwich, WHERE’S THE CHEDDAR? I understand being short-handed but your attitude & quality of food should not suffer. The soda machine in the lobby was out of Diet Dr Pepper, at least, & the sauce station had empty sauces as well. Will not be back to this location.

My husband and I ordered the Classic Roast beef sandwich with double meat as a meal. My husband had the cheddar cheese added which made his sandwich a little sloppy but he said that he enjoyed it as I was happy with my meal as well.

Good service. They confused our order but made it right. The double roast beef sandwich was packed full of meat and very tasty. Disappointed that the milkshake machine was down. Side salad is very green. Marketside turkey bacon sandwich quite good.

While on my lunch break at work, I stopped here to get lunch for my coworker and I. My tenders were hard from being REDROPPED! I don’t understand what I waited for if my food was redropped anyway! There was no one else in line and I can honestly see why! I asked for 3 sauces, the cashier only gave me one! She didn’t charge me, which would not have been an issue if she did….. but if I asked for 3 sauces for 3 sandwiches which were for different people, why not just give me what I asked for?! Again, I would’ve paid with no problem! Her attitude sucked! I wish her well in life though!

Service was fast and friendly, however the food was disgusting. Fries were old tasted like they refried them. Chicken sandwich was old and wasn’t cooked all the way. 0 out of 0 do not recommend. I guess that’s why the service was fast.
