The service was very nice and the staff was friendly, which we really appreciated. The wait time was longer than expected, but the burger itself was good and worth trying. Unfortunately, the fries were a bit disappointing and didn’t live up to the rest of the meal. Overall, a mixed experience, but the great service definitely stood out.

I was impressed by the service but not by the food or wait. The burger was bland. The truffle fries held me over. The Oreo milk shake was decent. I have went a long time ago and I remember the burger being good but this was not worth the wait.

This spot offers a tasty burger (I got the Classic cheeseburger) and the fries are pretty good too. I just wish the fries came with the burger instead of being a la carte. I’m not a fan of spending a little over $20 for a basic burger meal but this is WLR so it’s to be expected.

What truly stood out during our visit to Big Orange was the exceptional friendliness and positive attitude of the staff—easily the main reason I’d return.
We ordered the Classic Burger with a whole wheat bun, substituting the unavailable veggie patty with a lentil patty. The second burger we tried was the Curries Falafel and Lentil. Both burgers were delicious and satisfying.
For sides, we sampled the house fries and sweet potato fries. While the house fries were enjoyable, I’d probably skip the sweet potato fries next time.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit—especially to finally try the veggie patty we missed out on today.

Great food, efficient service, and a delicious menu. We love the turkey patties – we’re slowly making our way through most of the burger options – and the sweet potato fries.
Our last visit was Sunday at lunch, and they got slammed right before our food came out, so we struggled to get drink refills, condiments, etc that we needed, but I’m certain that’s because our server was having multiple tables sat in his section at once as, up to that point, he was super attentive. Outside of that, our visit was fantastic (and usually is)!

Prob one of the best burgers I’ve had, even the classic one is great! The truffle fries aren’t really worth the high price but the chips that are less money are awesome. The burgers are expensive but even the $11 classic one is super good! Atmosphere is super cool only thing is that both times I went the servers weren’t nice

Place has so much potential. The staff was AWFUL. I’d like to think we have a friendly family. Polite. Easy going. Our waiter and a different waiter at a table near ours – neither of them seemed like they wanted to be there. Rude. Both of them. Had horrible attitudes. No idea why. Food was mediocre. Definitely not worth the money. Took FOREVER to get our food. It was not crowded. Do not recommend. My kids even felt awkward. We couldn’t get out quick enough. Seriously. Very disappointed, bc we were excited to try this place.

Stopped here on a road trip and was not disappointed! There was plenty of seating available. We ordered our food and, it was out in maybe ten minutes tops. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted great!
