Freddy’s never fails to deliver the best quality fast food. They had an Oreo peppermint shake when I visited and it was top notch. I love their old fashioned burgers that are crispy around the edges, and the shoestring fries with their signature sauce is better than any other fast food chain. They also have kids meals now which was a hit for my daughter. She gave it a “double thumbs up”.

This place is dirty. From my observation, the health inspector isn’t doing their job. They probably haven’t been around for a while. The soda station is disgusting! The floor corners had plenty of debris build-up. When the customer seating area is dirty, what does the kitchen look like?

I came here in between traveling, I do not like to complain so I figured to just leave a comment on my experience. In my order, I asked for a meal, a concrete snack, and a sandwich. The drink with the meal, I asked for a water bottle due to me staying in an area with horrible foundation water. I did not receive to water bottle, and I got this sundae and it was missing the cherry but has the residue. I took this photo after it was in the freezer because my phone died. After realizing not receiving the drink, my daughter who ordered the water bottle went in because we were thinking they just forgot it. She came back out with sparkling water from the drinking station along with the receipt they never gave. She then realized what it was and I saw instead of a water bottle, they put water. No problem. So I went in to purchase a water bottle which was 3 dollars. I went in and they had the ice cream machine broken down and was complaining about something with customers sittling in the lobby. While I listened and watched them look at me and continued their conversation for about two minutes. One of them said, their is a customer. I asked to purchase a water bottle. They said, do we even sale those sarcastically. To cover the comment, the guy that was cleaning the ice cream machine tried to cover the comment and then I received it, paid then left. I was exhausted so. I didn’t complain about the ice-cream even though I paid for it. I saved it for this and threw it away

Freddy’s has become our new favorite steak burger place. It is better than the old standby of Steak n Shake and the fries are amazing. Throwing the option to purchase Custard with your meal and their delicious fry sauce and you have a winner that keeps the kids asking to return every time.

Whoever was working 2/17/26 taking orders and giving out the food is miserable and it shows. Asked for a bunch of sauce and got one. No receipt or “have a good day”. Horrible service !

I would give it five stars, although it is quite expensive. However, the food was delicious, and the ice cream was also excellent. I will return when I find a deal or perhaps make it a special occasion, as the quality is truly unmatched.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was prepared promptly. I would recommend trying their tater tots and fry sauce.
