I’ve been eating bags of sliders since the 60s! Never had a bad one until now! Ordered delivery and the buns were hard the meat was hard not juicy the onions were dark brown and stringy. It was horrible to look at and tasted like something old. I had a piece of gristle in the one side that was thicker than the meat patty. But the parties were hard nothing was most just very dry! What is happening? The entire crave case was like that! I’m so disappointed. I also ordered large clam sack which was delicious. After having eaten over a thousand of these little sliders I just can’t tell you how this made me feel to get bad ones. First you closed the one by my house and now this! Shame shame shame on whoever cooked those!

For fast food I love their chicken sandwiches as well as the fish sliders. They have really good onion petals and the fries are good when fresh. I got lukewarm fries on my last visit and the soda was gross. I think they need to change their soda vendor because the soft drinks taste flat and blended no matter what you get. On my last visit there was a sweet older Asian woman handling out orders and she was incredibly kind.

Absolutely perfect! The order was friendly and easy, service was perfect, the four pack with American cheese was 100% fresh, hot, delicious. Overall, this was a really, really good lunch experience at White Castle! Thank you I’ll be back.

The food was great! They are currently drive-thru only and very busy but they get your order taken quickly, and make your food fresh which makes their line move super fast. The food was hot and delicious. The price is on point and affordable- we ordered a large box with 20 sliders and 4 fries, but their $5.99 meal which includes 4 sliders, fries, and a drink is a great deal.

The food is good. I will give it two stars for that. Service is lousy. Whoever was running the cashier was absolutely rude and ignorant. The place was dirty, it felt grungy. Floor was sticky, bathrooms were dirty. I recommend drive thru only.

Food good, but my chocolate shake was missing all but a hint of chocolate flavor, when asked about the lack of chocolate the staff just replied that’s our chocolate shake. Next time I hope it at last tastes like chocolate not vanilla

My 1st visit to a WC. Bathrooms were atrocious/filthy but rest of restaurant area was clean. No music in lobby/dining made it feel stale/dead inside. Staff were fast, friendly & helpful ( above & beyond). Food I gave 2 stars simply because it was exactly as I expected… gross fast food. Nothing tasted bad ( buns were soggy but I knew to expect this) just, basic. So maybe 2 stars isn’t fair but for me, it’s not something I’d do 2x ( I’ll pick mcd, Hardee’s or burger King if I’m looking for my next bought of indigestion). Again, staff, great job interacting with customers.
