This is my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing as the first. As someone with a background in the service industry, I understand the importance of customer service, professionalism, and upholding a brand’s image — all of which were clearly lacking during my visit.
The night shift in particular seems to be consistently underperforming. Upon entering, I was shocked to see a man in the lobby with his shirt off cleaning. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the KFC brand. Image is everything, especially in a food establishment, and this was far from a professional environment.
Additionally, I encountered an issue while placing my food order. I was told only wings and breasts were available, which I understand can happen due to inventory. I requested two wings and a thigh, but since thighs were unavailable, I asked if I could just have three wings instead. The employee refused, saying I couldn’t have three wings — despite clearly having plenty of chicken in front of me. This made no sense and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and suggests a serious need for retraining or potentially new staff altogether. KFC is a well-established brand, and customers expect a level of consistency and professionalism when visiting. Right now, this location is failing to meet that standard.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The problems here start at the top — leadership must step up to enforce standards and ensure a positive experience for every guest.

I came in the store today just doing my job & the manager thought I was someone else. She refused to give me my order. Called the cops on me for a CT and the cops laughed at her and told me to go about my business and have a wonderful day‼️ I don’t know this lady, NEVER met her before in my life‼️ Shame on you KFC for hiring such ratchet individuals.

The worse experience ever. I came yesterday evening ordered my food, was missing my honey barbecue wings I came back today. Asked to speak to a manager the rudest GM, (Tamiko Lee) she was very condescending and disrespectful. I left with out my wings and a gentleman who worked there stopped me and attempted to assist me she was rude to him her exact words to him were “ I don’t even care about what you talking about” all of this was infront or customers, she said to her employees “ I don’t remember seeing her”. She insisted that I was in the parking lot cursing when she wasn’t out there but her employee was attempting to extend customer service. My concern was how do you know I said anything when you were behind the counter. I will never spend my money here again.

I told DOMINQUE/mananger my server that my chicken was greasy and had been sitting. So I asked for a fresh batch. He proceeded to tell me the origin of fried chicken and that it’s greasy. My chicken was inedible and he was rude and disrespectful.
I asked for a refund he said they don’t do refund so I asked that they make me a fresh batch. He then ANNOUNCED to store and cook to cook me chicken that wasn’t greasy. Blatant disrespect. I’m sure he had no idea he was talking to a local food guide with over 6 million views. (Level7)Regardless the customer is always right when dissatisfied with their order and should not be made a spectacle of. Especially if chicken is flimsy cold and greasy
Please pass this to corporate and retrain your management. I will NEVER stop at this location again!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. First I came through the drive through and was told that they were out of dark meat. After contemplating for a second I decided to pull off because I wanted dark meat. I turned back around and pulled up to the menu and asked how long would it be on dark meat. The employee got smart and basically tried to check me for pulling off and saying that she actually did have dark meat. I say ok and order and pull to the window. She never greeted me and still had a nasty attitude. I then check my food and try one of my potato wedges. They were very hard and tasted old. Also my chicken was very dark and looked old as well. I then go inside and got in line to get my food replaced. There were 3 people in line including me. We’re waiting 10 minutes before anyone came to the register and acknowledged us. The person I then encounter who I assumed to be the manager because she was we bossing everyone around was also being rude. I tell her that my chicken and wedges were old and I tried to show her the food but she instantly cut me off and told me she can’t take the food back and that there would be more chicken up in 17 minutes. I said ok and sat down. Once everything was ready she tries to get smart with me about the wedges and said she knows for a fake they were fresh. AND THEY WEREN’T AND WHEN I TRIED TO SHOW HER AGAIN SHE SAID LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING….HUH!?! I just got my food and walked out i spent a total of almost 45 mins inside waiting for my food. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, BAD ATTITUDES, BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD.
The manager was an older woman light brown skinned with dreads and the employee at the window was a skinny lighter skinned girl with black hair. NEVER AGAIN YALL GOTTA DO BETTER.

It’s fast food so it’s always going to be standardized however, this location always has issues. There’s always people loitering around. They always seem to be Stewart staffed or out of items issues at the drive-thru they ask you to come in. It’s just always something at this location but it’s the only location in the area so they have people in chokehold

I went through the drive through and was given burnt chicken as though it was roasted on a fire. I wouldn’t even give a wild animal that to eat. I wish I wasn’t in a hurry to go to work, I would have returned it. This was inedible staff wasnt friendly but they weren’t rude. I did not get a receipt. This happened on 08/01/2025 at around 6:15pm

The choices given was very limited. There was a lot of yelling except for the one who took my payment, The loitering all around the parking lot was major The chicken was dry the biscuit was hard. I didn’t try corn being I asked for mashed potatoes. The cashier couldn’t give me a receipt. I was hoping the service would’ve been better since it was at the airport.

no public restroom. Came off the road to grab food use the restroom and get back to driving. Before I can even tell the cashier I would order food. She rudely said “there’s a sign that say no public restroom” damn lady if you don’t want to clean the restroom just say that. Lol I’ll go to JJs better chicken and an open restroom. And she was giving free food to a random man across the counter but I can’t use the restroom. Weirdo!
