Didn’t have steak, I told em I would come back later just to let me know when they think they’d have it, so the woman goes into the kitchen to ask and then just comes back laughing saying she doesn’t have time frame. That behavior is bizarre, I’m not even being pushy. Also the place is a mess.

It’s Chipotle. I get it. Minimum wage pay means minimum investment. But after getting my order wrong again, it’s the company itself that’s the problem. The only way to communicate is through the app with an AI bot. There’s no interest in connecting with customers and making things right when mistakes occur. And those mistakes occur too often. It’s NYC, we have many other choices.

The staff truly make this place special! The food is decent, and I tend to enjoy it more when I’m really hungry. The atmosphere feels somewhat like what I imagine prison dining to be. However, the staff are incredibly friendly and quite efficient. I wish they would allow people to tip by card since not everyone carries cash these days. They definitely deserve recognition for their hard work!

Probably the worst chipotle in nyc. Soda fountain has been out for several days, patrons have to literally walk over food and garbage throughout the restaurant to order. Staff holds up the line by not having enough food on the line. Place should be shutdown temporarily and everyone retrained.

Everything is incredibly salty here. They just have a new cook because it didn’t used to be like that, I come every 4 months to this location. People who work there also don’t seem to be happy working there. Tables are usually dirty with food scraps.

The big guy with glasses who works there should be fired. He gave me scrapping of steak because they didn’t have it and also no sour cream (had to ask for scrapes) and then charged me for half chicken and half steak and then when I asked for explanation he was rude about it. Why not let the people know before they start ordering that “we are out of key ingredients…etc etc” half way through I was told and felt weird canceling it so went through it to know I was charged full amount for everything for half the experience and ingredients. Attached is the pic of “half portion of steak” I moved stuff from the top so you can see the “half portion”. I always stop by at it after the gym but never again and if you don’t wanna work there then don’t.

There’s a lot of reviews saying the same but this location has the worst cook everything is so over salted. Clearly management hasn’t said anything because it’s still the same weeks later. This chipotle is closest to my house so it’s incredibly frustrating that corporate responds to comments but doesn’t actually do anything.

The fact I could’ve gone elsewhere and I spent money here and can’t even use the bathroom because the workers want to keep it close so they can keep it clean for the next day is absurd. HOW IS THIS A RESTAURANT?!! Bathroom closed for no reason if it is for customers. Employee lied one lie after another because this is BREAKING POLICY! Dining area is always a mess, looks like a middle school lunch room 24/7 and yet they want to really take it there.
