Waited 15 minutes for ‘fresh’ food while being the only car in the drive-thru at 1am, just to get cold, stale, unsalted fries and a Frosty full of ice chunks. The chicken sandwich was fine, but apparently making hot fries was a bridge too far. If you’re going to make someone wait that long, at least drop a fresh batch instead of serving leftovers. With a 3.2 rating and 1,300+ reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off — management simply doesn’t care. $16 for disappointment

I don’t usually leave reviews but this Wendy’s is unfortunately the one closest to our home and it’s genuinely the consistently worst fast food restaurant around. We’ve been a handful of times and they’ve gotten our order wrong every single time. This last time was the final straw, cold fries, cold nuggets, and missing 3 items from our order. Mistakes happen, but it’s literally every time and when fast food is costing $60 for a small family, the least you can do is give us what we paid for.

This was around 11pm this is my 3rd encounter with nightshift and everytime i leave unhappier then when i go in either because of quality of service or food quality. Last night I found a long thick hair in my salad. I called to pickup a new one and the lady on the phone was rude, while i was talking normally which caught me off guard. Went to pickup my salad and wasn’t greeted or nothing they just placed my salad on the counter with an angered look and walked away. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice i get people have hard days but doesn’t seem appropriate to take it out on customers.

Wow. Lets just start by me saying Im very dissatisfied. Granted this is Wendys not Chick fil a so my standards were pretty low to begin with. I work close to this location so this is a regular stop for me. But Im driving the extra two minutes to the other one from here on out. Justin was very unhelpful to say the least. By the time he was reaching for my card, he hadn’t told me the total so I asked him. He didnt tell me until after he had swiped my card, which was also when he told me he had upgraded my meal without me asking and charged the difference. The window closed as soon as I had recieved the last of my “stuff”, making it clear he wanted nothing to do with the customers. When I got back to work, I found my fries, nuggets, and burger were all cold and had been thrown in very recklessly, there was no straw for my drink, or spoon for my frosty, I had asked for no ice but had received ice, I didnt recieve a receipt, etc. Most of these things are not enough to warrant a complaint from me by themselves. Once again, its wendys, I expect this once in awhile. But the combination of this with getting charged for something I didnt ask for and not being informed about it til after you’ve taken my money? Im a salesman, I understand the importance of upselling, but in the end its the customers choice. So yeah, Im not coming back here again. I would highly recommend retraining Justin on customer service.

We placed our order, it was filled quickly and correctly. The dining room was clean, and the food was delicious. The kids meal came with play dough and two Dino stamps for the play dough and they were pretty neat, the Dino stamps worked really well.

I went here tonight and had to come on to give a good review. I don’t usually have the best experiences at this Wendy’s, but today was another story. I brought my family in after we had attended Pinner’s conference in Salt Lake City. We were super tired and super hungry. We ordered our food, and they gave us a discount code and they were really polite. We also were able to buy one of the Halloween frosty coupon books, and get everybody a frosty for a dollar. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and they have really improved their service. I will definitely be returning. I’m so glad we have an awesome Wendy’s again so close to home. And don’t be afraid to go in and eat. The dining area was super clean had all the condiments we needed.

Worst location in utah by far. Line takes forever every time. Lady who took my order has her hair halfway in a ponytail, no gloves either. She then proceeded to take her hair out of said ponytail and put it back up WITH HER BARE HANDS, and then proceeded to touch my food without washing her hands. Drive thru employees are rude and almost never give the correct items in the order. Terrible experience every time.

took over 40 min for food through the drive-through because their computers crashed. We stuck it out and didn’t just leave like everyone else and we didn’t receive any kinda discount after all that? Kinda unacceptable. Its not the staffs fault that the computers crashed. I am disappointed in the shift manager however. @s se!

I usually like Wendy’s. Our experience at this place was an exception. I took four kids there for dinner. Got a couple of kids meals which did not have the food which was ordered and also only one of them included the toy which is one of the reasons why kids liked to get kids meals. The place was dirty. Tables were not clean. The ketchup dispenser had no cups. It appeared that there were only two people running the whole operation. I know it is hard to get workers nowadays but this is not been my experience at other Wendy’s.
