Order was simple but I sat down expecting my food to be delivered to me at the table but unfortunately it wasn’t.
Food is definitely getting more expensive here so I’m glad they have rewards. I like the biscuits and gravy.
The kiosk system is easy to order. Very user friendly and food is made quickly.
My snack pies were cold and not that warm. The place is somewhat clean.

Good food. Not sure why they made us pull around the side but stop doing that. No one was behind us. We actually would have had no wait if we just sat there at the window either. Cause as soon as we pulled around someone popped out with our food.
In any event. The food tasted good like I always remembered. Haven’t been to a McDs in years.

Always missing the limited-time items
I usually come to this location because it’s convenient, but it’s getting frustrating that they never seem to have the limited-time items. I see the ads for new sandwiches or specialty drinks, but whenever I try to order them here, I’m told they aren’t participating or are already out of stock. The regular menu is fine and the service is standard, but if you’re specifically looking for a new promo item, you’re better off trying a different spot.

Worst drive through ever!!! The have 10 plus cars lined up in the parking lot and have absolutely no clue whose food goes to who and you may just end up setting for 20 plus minutes waiting…

Honestly one of the most rudest experiences I’ve encountered. Ordering my food for me and my child and I said “may I get hotcakes with eggs please.” Response “WHAT?!” again repeatedly asked then goes “What are you saying ?!” Finished my order went to pay, snatched my cash slammed the door shut never even looked me at. Second window gave me my food told me to pull up to third window. A manager gives me my drink and I ask “would it be possible to get syrup?” Rolls her eyes at me slams window. I get the syrup and said “thank you.” Slams window. My egg and cheese McGriddle wasn’t even warm let alone fresh. My drink was a small with no coffee in it. Just a bad experience.

I sat at the drive thru window asking for assistance. Screen was lit, looked like it was open- finally I drove around when no one answered. The person at the window finally opened the window and said ( rude tone) I’m not on that lane- hold on a minute and shut the window on me. I left. Customer service improvement needed.

One word describes this establishment. Abysmal. Every time I have gone through the drive through my order takes at least 15 minutes. While I wait, I get to watch 10+ drive through orders come out before mine and watch the hopeless staff go car to car asking everyone what they ordered. The manager ended up asking me three times what my order was. Then when she brought it out it was wrong, so I wait some more for the missing item. Upon opening up our food one sandwich had the wrong meat and one was missing cheese.

This store needs trained on the English language and the menu. I order a steak bagel with extra sauce every week. Not 1 single time in 3 years and im not jocking 3 years they have never gave me extra sauce. But im the type that doesn’t complain but I just noticed there charging me $0.33 that’s $51.50 over 3 years I want my money back

ALERT.
Be VERY aware while going through the drive-thru or going here in general. I didn’t hear the dollar amount due for my order at the window, so I handed the employee a $20 bill and four $1 bills. He then gave me back .50c and NO receipt. I had a weird feeling about it, so I asked for a receipt and my total amount due was $20.63 with the change amount of $3.37 due back to me. The guy POCKETED my money. He should have given my money back as soon as I handed it to him. But instead he gives me back 2 quarters and no receipt? I brought it up to the manager, and without hesitation he went back, and got my $3 in a matter of a minute. Had no explanation and just brushed it off. There’s definitely something suspicious going on here. Be very aware of this place and the scam artist that it employs.
