I ordered the Birria Nachos something different from the birria tacos. And it was great Birria,beans, cheese, and jalapeños a unique combination. It was a big portion shareable for two people. It was so good I finished it all by myself. I would definitely recommend you try this.

If your ever in the mood for some birria tacos and want that authentic LA Taco truck experience, this is the spot. I got the quesotaco plate, I could and should have ordered two. The tacos are the right crispness, the right size so they dont get all messy and fall apart. The consome was delicious and their chili oil… mmm, lets just say their chili oil was about to get stolen but I stopped myself. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is great, the consomme is excellent..the broth is very savory and the onions and goat chunks is great. The birria tacos were nice and crispy and dipped in the consomme. But I feel like the meat quality has gone down a little bit since I last had it.
The staff is very nice. The food truck classic atmosphere with a few table setups. This place seems on par and same with the West Adams location.

I first learned about this place picking up for DoorDash. After picking up a few times I could no longer resist the smell or what I was seeing on everyone’s plates LOL When I say GOOD, I MEAN SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!! Those Corn Tortillas are delicious!! I picked up both Chicken & Asada Soft Tacos, Queso Tacos & a Chicken Corn Tortilla Quesadilla with Consome. OMG SOOOO DELICIOUS!! Yes, the Queso Tacos were the star of the show with the Consome. We can’t wait to go back and try the Ramen.
The ladies here have very welcoming, polite and excellent customer service! All Blessings! xoxo

Ive missed stopping by the last two visits into the area, not this time. Well worth the wait. The Queso Beef Taco were amazing and the star of the show for me was the Birria Ramen. Can a bowl of Ramen be that good. YES . No skimping here. The consomme was amazingly flavorful, full of Ramen with tender shredds of beef in the bottom. Yel I’ll be back for more.

Stopped by for a quick snack since I saw this place on YouTube. Got the Goat Birria and an Asada tacos, both were great. Full of queso and real delicious. Lemonada con Chia was no overly sweet and refreshing on a hot afternoons. Worth the stop come check it out

Amazing birria tacos! They were delicious and filling. The meat inside the taco was a generous portion and the tortilla had a nice crunch to it. I also enjoyed that the salsas and toppings were at our disposition so we can arrange the taco as we please. My only complaint is that the consume tasted too much of the cloves and cinnamon to the point where the other flavors were drowned out a bit, but other than that, great tacos.

The best tacos truck in Los Angeles, in my opinion. The shredded goat (birria de chivo) is one of the most tastiest pulled meat dish I’ve had in my life. We had it with some crunchy tacos and the meat broth (consome c/ carne) which was also so flavoursome. Definitely worth getting it as a side dish. The service was impeccable and they even gave us some extra meat with the broth knowing we were tourists. Do make the trek out to come and sample the best taco truck in LA. You won’t be disappointed.

I came to this spot because my friend said we needed to go. Absolutely worth the trip. The birria ramen was fantastic and the burrito was great too. I was thrilled to get the goat birria since it’s so difficult to find it made that way. It would be nice if there were a few more tables around but it’s a truck on the street so there’s only so many options for seating.
