Great experience tonight. I went in around 5 pm and had to write a review for how impressed I felt after finishing my meal.
The attention was fast, understandable and understanding which are all great. But the food was what made the whole experience! I went in for a promotional deal I was sent through email for the holidays and wow was my grandmother and I happy we went. The limited time carne asada was fantastic and the other ingredients were very fresh!

It’s only with this location every single time i come here the portions at this location have been disappointing. I’ve noticed consistent under-serving. I had rewards to use and the older lady up front that was cashiering just looked completely lost. She told me 2 different prices than the ones that were appearing on the checking out screen. Not only did i have rewards that i was redeeming but i was also telling her that she had to cancel it and redo it because it wasn’t going to change in the system once you scan the rewards. How is it that i, a customer, know the system better than she does. At the end of the day none of my rewards went through and i got charged for a WATER CUP. She didn’t even give me the receipt either.

I ordered ahead on the app, and when my daughter went to pick it up, they completely ignored her for several minutes. After a long delay, they told her the order was just getting bagged—despite the app saying it was ready. Then for the first time they demanded a confirmation email to prove the order—something they’ve never asked for before even tho she has the order pulled up in the app. We’ve picked up orders here often, and never had been asked for no confirmation email. It was a kids meal for fsake. Matching the app!

Just had terrible service today 10/10/25. Went to pick up my order, I saw that the burrito they gave me was very small. I asked the lady at the mobile order counter if she could remake it, she refused. She said thats how they always make their burritos and it was small because she wrapped it so tightly, which makes no sense. I come to Chipotle every 2 weeks so I’m aware of how big their burritos usually are. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager and that’s why she’s telling me that she will not remake it. Then she said she can open it and check to see if everything is in there but she would not remake it and offered no other resolutions, partial refund or anything. I asked for her name and she said she did not have to give out her name and kept saying “have a good night” trying to dismiss me. What kind of manager refuses to give out their name unless to avoid accountability? I have experienced issues at this location but with items missing, but now I will absolutely not be returning here. This location has gone downhill and wish I would have gotten a refund since I paid $12 for essentially a hot pocket.
And side note: the burrito absolutely was NOT wrapped tight

With the recent winter storm I called when it was clearing up, and I just needed to ask how late they will be open. Very simple. Or it would have been if this company didn’t insist on its useless automated calling service that wasted 10 minutes of my time and had to transfer me to customer support and I had to help them find the exact store I needed to finally find out how late they will be open today. This review is not against the staff of this location as I never even got to interact with them, but more of a review of the company as a whole. It is infuriating to have to go through all of these steps and waste my time just to ask a very simple question that should’ve been a 30 second phone call. Do not reward this automation with your business. Find a local taqueria instead.

Visited today and I must say… the service was amazing. Courteous, friendly, and welcoming service. The ordering and checkout process was fast too. The restaurant was clean and appealing. The food was fresh as always.

Very organized and keep the customers flowing. Tried the Carne Asada bowl. Good but I feel it was skimpy on the beef. We order at other establishment like Alejandro’s and more for your money. Small express set up with limited menu. Wife went with Chicken and said it was average. Busy but not crowded. It was okay but more like fast food. Will dine at other places with more atmosphere or offerings for that price range. What we didn’t like is they ask if you would like guacamole or queso? They don’t mention that there’s additional charge and we’re thinking along with it it’s just part of it meal. This really adds up.

They skimp like crazy! I know chipotle has a bad record of this, but this location specifically is insanely stingy when it comes to portions. I asked for double meat and they gave me the same as I normally get for single meat.
They were skimping when it came to the other stuff too. When I asked for some more corn (which is supposed to be free) the worker caught an attitude and just walked away, then some other worker had to come and finish my order.
