Ordered a # 2 meal and # 3 meal with one with Mexican fries and one with stuffed mexifries and two bean crisp burritos my husband asked twice at the window the whole order was in the bag kid said yes twice . Get home and no stuffed mexifries !! Called the phone # but of course not one person would answer the phone. Seems like every time we go there and go thru the drivethru it’s always a disappointment because they can never get your whole order out to you.Lesson learned scratch this place off our lists of places to get some fast food!

My grandmother got a taco salad we wanted a tostada delight but it wasn’t located on the menu when we looked at the actual menu at the store. When we called the lady who answered the phone was very timid like she wasn’t comfortable on the phone and then when we had asked why there wasn’t beans she told us that we had to order something completely different in order to have that my grandma then said something about writing a review and she hung up on us the conversation was not heated and we didn’t disrespect or yell at her and she hung up if that’s who you have managing your store I’d definitely find I different manager horrible customer service over the phone great in person but horrible management.

Hair was closed into the sour cream cup. Took it back to get a different one. This was a DoorDash order and no silverware was given for the taco salad as well or napkins.
Arrived at the location. Getting anybody’s attention at the counter was a task itself. Once Ethan finally decided to stop talking with his coworkers and acknowledge me, I explained what I found, he didn’t seem to care. I asked for a different sour cream. He was holding the one with the hair in it and tried handing it back to me. Why would I want that?
He looked for a replacement and handed me a ranch cup, not sour cream.
There wasn’t a “sorry”, care in providing a replacement or any customer service skills.

I know my doctor tells me I shouldn’t be eating fast food but it is what it is lol The food at this place is mediocre at best and to be honest del Taco is better. The service is good as I haven’t had to wait in the drive-thru very long and aside from 10,000 piercings and tattoos the people working there seem nice enough… If you can get past the bullnose ring. I would put these guys on par with Taco Bell if that helps.

I just returned from getting a takeout order from your Caldwell, ID and my crisp meat burrito, which paid for, was not in the bag.

Today we bought 7 crisp meat burritos. Got home & there’s hardly any meat, mostly tortilla. We didn’t even know they were on sale. I believe that’s why they skimped on it. I call & the manager says that’s the way they always are. That’s not true. Don’t buy when they’re on sale. Also we asked for original salsa & they gave us hotter
