Food is mediocre at best price is decent though but the food isn’t the issue I feel like the workers are. they’re kids learning how to properly work and the managers seem to have no clue how to go about it. We went in and ordered two meals and watched utter chaos you can tell these kids are over whelmed and stressed! I feel like this wouldn’t happen with proper training and actual support from their managers when we went in today I saw an old lady manger move a cup off a tray get frustrated at another TEENAGER for moving it when he didn’t and was obviously just trying to help. I don’t know what their corporate is doing but something needs to change..

Chaos. Wrong order, charged for drive off then asked to pay for mine too then go to next window to get a refund on the drive off I was charged for. I told the lady at the pay window the she had a drive off and my order had ice cream only yet she still messed up and charged me for almost $20 worth of food when I had $11 worth of ice cream then asked me to pay for my order too. 30 mins in the drive thru for this non sense. She had excuses that they are just slammed. 12 cars in the parking lot and 7 in the drive thru is not slammed. This store just can’t seemed to get it together. I dread it when my husband and son asked me to go there and get them ice cream!

The food they served us should be borderline illegal. The cheese and the burgers was hard and crunchy and cold to the touch. Could’ve been hours old. Nowhere near safe temps to be serving to people. This place should be investigated.

I have been to several different Braum’s over the years. This one was pretty much like all the others. My husband and I like a bargain and when traveling it’s nice to save a buck and have a decent burger and fries along with some ice cream. Bang for your buck it is a good deal.
As for the facility itself, the girl taking the order was courteous and did a good job. The place was pretty busy (Friday at lunch time) but the only couple of tables available were clean and the condiments station was stocked. Our order was ready pretty quickly, was hot and was correct. I don’t have anything to complain about.

When I pulled up to the drive thru and TRIED to order, which was not completed because after SIX times of repeating my order, I gave up and left. One star is generous at best.

The burgers were fire. For those not hip to the lingo. They were well cooked not too greasy and definitely fresh. The whole place gave an old fashioned vibe that I enjoyed with my wife.

I got a burger, fries & Ice cream. they have a good variety of flavors. The staff was professional & worked fast. The place could be a little cleaner, but I will go again.

The food is good here yes! The service lacks. We placed our order through drive through for 2 chicken sandwich combos, 2 cokes with that and a side med milkshake.
At the window we tell them they shorted us a drink. Hadn’t been McDonald’s or anywhere else, they would have kindly just gave us our drink. No, this lady says we were not charged for it and that she couldn’t help us. She told us we had to drive back through the line or come in for our missing drink!!! It was clearly their mistake because they don’t listen -just give the drink. Do better!!!
