Not sure what clowns are managing this place but woooow. Don’t come here, drive a town over and you’ll have your food before you would if ordered and waited here. No matter what you order you are forced to pull ahead and watch 15+ other cars who ordered after you get their order and drive off. What a joke. Literally waited 25 minutes or more.

You can tell that the store owner or a high up manager has not been here in months. This place has gone down the hill and fast. They put your food on trays that have not been washed or wiped and without a tray liner. They don’t even slap things together they literally just throw everything and hope it lands in the right place. This is pathetic. These employees have no pride in what they do and who ever is running the show has no idea what they are doing.

Always get the order wrong. There’s always food missing in our orders. The wrong food is put in the bag. I always get an unsweetened tea everytime I order a sweet tea and even the sweet tea tastes terrible these days. Food prices have gone up and the quality has gone even further down than it ever has been.

Went thru and got a small happy meal for my kids got 2 happy meals with fries and one happy meal with 4 French fries in it. Ended up with a 6 year old crying and still hungry.. everyone wants $20 an hour and people can’t even manage to put fries in a container for a kid? Don’t recommend going there. I never will again.

This is my 3rd time here I figured any place could have a bad day or even 2 but 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT!!!! Cold fries soggy, a fish sandwich whose bread was literally SOAKED in tarter sauce and the salt packets I requested had coffee spilt on them and had dried so salt was a cake. NO MANAGEMENT HERE, A DIRTY STORE HASNT BEEN CLEANED IN A WHILE. WE WONT BE BACK WE DONT WANT FOOD POISONING!!!

Desperately needs new management. 10 people in the lobby, only focused on drive through and the manager herself older lady Grey hair swearing up a storm and talking very mouthy to customers slamming things on the counter. This is my 4th time coming in without saying anything but enough is enough its a little ridiculous to act that way when your a “manager”

My expectations for McDonalds us usually pretty good. While it’s not fine cuisine, they tend to do what they do pretty well.
That being said, this place is a disaster. We ordered at the kiosk and were expecting to have it brought over to our table. Nope. They just stuffed it in a bag and yelled our name from the counter. Then the order as wrong anc missing several items. The manager is rude, loud and argumentative. One kid behind the counter at least apologized, but forget it with the manager. Then the food – my wife’s quarter pounder for some reason had about a half a cup of mayo pooped all over it for some reason. Disgusting. This place is about as bad as it gets. There’s a Wendy’s right next door.

Wow! This is the cleanest, most efficient, orderly, and friendly McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Tables were all wiped clean. Bathroom was recently mopped. I could hear a manager in back, keeping the team on track. Our order was delivered to our table quickly, hot, and accurate. The employee delivering it brought a basket of all the items we might need in addition: straws, ketchup, salt, dipping sauces, etc. There was a light table and 2 screen games for my kids to play. The soda machine is a touch screen with dozens of options. If I’m in the area, I will DEFINITELY come back to this McDonalds.
