Worst. Hardee’s. Ever. I was out working and it was about lunch time and I happened to be driving by that Hardee’s so I figured I’d get the two double cheeseburgers for $6. It’s a cheap lunch and their double cheeseburgers are usually pretty good. So I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered and the girl couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. It took about a 5-minute long committee meeting, evidently, to figure it out.
Then I get up to the window and pay and they tell me to pull up and they’ll bring it out to me. Now this is two double cheeseburgers we’re talking about, one of the most basic things Hardee’s sells, and they’re not busy at all. So I pull up and sit there for another several minutes before I finally get out of the car and go in to see what the heck is the problem. When I get in there, there’s a guy showing another guy, very slowly, how to make my hamburgers. He’s having to hunt around for the toppings and condiments because they don’t even have them in the line. The whole thing is just ridiculous. After a few more minutes I finally get my food and come to find out the meat is cold and there’s only one piece of cheese when there’s supposed to be two. The hamburger patties also looked smaller than they used to.
All in all this store is a mess and obviously needs some management that actually gives a damn about how it’s operated.

Festivally decorated for the holidays. And the young man Jordan,working the front was Very friendly, positive and welcoming! Absolutely the best Hardee’s in our area IMHO . Thank you for your positivity sir! What a pleasant change from the usual humbugs this time of year. Good job

Well Hardee’s this happened. LoL we were just served a 70 degree temperature burger: I honestly thinking that it was colder but because the fries were hot the burger temperature raised a bit. Removed the bun and Touched the center of the burger “easy 68 degrees”. At this point in my life with everything going on, you can keep the 18$. When did we come to this ? This being well below standard American cheeseburger. Me, I’ve been in Hospital food service for years and this fellow burger loving friends could possibly end a customers life. OSHA. I know that popular clown chains maintain their popularity by not making mistakes like this. This being “serving cold burgers”. At least be good at the one think you’re popular for.

The lady on the speaker greeted me with go ahead and order and the man in the drive thru had his pants half way down his butt and didn’t say hello or have a good day. This has been my local Hardee’s for 30 years or more. It just gets worse and worse. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes, then get told to please wait to give your order, THEN repeat your order 3 or 4 times. When you finally get to the window and pay, you then have to pull forward and wait again for someone to run the food out. Now that you’ve received your order, it is almost always wrong or missing an item and sloppily prepared. I don’t know what happened but it’s steadily declined, especially in the past 5 years.

You know this makes me particularly angry, when it comes to fast food these days this is the only restaurant that has had a standard at the vast majority of its locations thay far exceeded its competitors! This location is not one of them, I sat in a drive thru that was full, and noone in the front of the store, as I was leaving an employee comes out of his van to work loke he was on a break at a rush hour and full drive thru!!! This is the worse location of your places that I’ve been thru!!! And wont be back! Sad!!!

What a disappointment and waste of money. Although the line was fast and I got my food fast, it was easy to determine why. The food is not hot and the sandwiches are pathetically pre assembled and sitting around with very little on them. Beside the cool food, lukewarm would be a stretch, there was a very small amount of ham, cheese and egg and didn’t nearly cover the bread. Too many other places, as a local I’ll never return here and quite frankly any Hardee’s location because this isn’t the first location I’ve had issues with. Too many other options.
