Your order WILL BE WRONG every time. It’s ridiculous, every… single… time. It’s a statistical anomaly actually. You would think they would eventually, somehow get it right, but no.
Update: and yet again… WRONG.. Now the employees huff and puff as you slowly attempt to give them your order in a way they won’t screw up. It took everything I had not to ask if she had a problem and I prefer my food spit free…. I absolutely hate this establishment. It’s probably the most poorly managed McDonalds I’ve ever seen.

Worse experience ever!!!
After order was made 20 min letter our food was still not prepared!!!
I ask the counter for our food in their response they are waiting for fries!!??
I made a comment That it’s takes faster to go to a restaurant to order a steak meal than getting a happy meal at this place. In their response they rolled their eyes by saying well we can give you your meal without fries if that’s what will make me happy!! Like really 20 min!!?? Still no fries!!
Took the refund and left after 20 min! Horrible!!!

I usually use the mobile app to order. Most of the time the order is made correctly, but I almost always have to wait 10+ min AFTER I have arrived. This McDs is just incredibly slow.

Got me a Quarter deluxe it was amazin presentation was great came out looking like if it was out the commercials. Whoever made this is amazing I need to speak to them and have them work for me. Ik i took some bites already but believe me it was sexy looking.

The staff at this location appears unfamiliar with the mobile ordering process. We placed an order through the app, which then **instructed us to use the drive-thru**. However, the employees insisted we should have parked, even after we explained the app’s directions.

When we finally received our order, the food was completely **cold**. I went inside to request a replacement, and the staff’s response was incredibly unprofessional; they **laughed** instead of apologizing.

Worse, the replacement order was **still cold**. I honestly doubt the order was ever properly remade. We received **not one apology** throughout this entire ordeal. This was horrible service and definitely not the usual quality we expect from this location.

Pretty good food for a pretty good price. Solid menu options especially the freezes. I highly recommend the hawaiian punch freeze since it’s tasty (provided you like hawaiian punch)

First of all we wait in the long ahhh drive through line just to be handed 2 BURRITOS INSTEAD OF OUR BAGEL…. then we go back in and get IGNORED by the short lady. Finally get the write order just for the bread on both sandwiches to be stale. Pay pay was the only nice icon here.

Zero quality control at this location. I cannot say if this is the fault of management or the employees or maybe both. This is the second time ordering from this location personally and twice in a row the quality was trash. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, no lettuce but instead extra pickles and enough mayo to cover all the food ordered leaking out the side of it. Next is the chicken sandwich ordered, the bun was hard as a rock and noticeable as soon as it was touched so I know those employees would of felt the dry hard bun when preparing. Management should be doing quality control of food leaving the establishment. When I worked in restaurants I would of never let this stuff leave the kitchen.

I will not be giving into my kids to order from McDonald’s again, better to spend and invest in your locally owned burger joints who actually care about quality and business. Franchise or not, McDonald’s should be held to a higher standard with the prices they charge. You can get fresh for practically the same cost if not even cheaper at some locations with better taste.
