I went yesterday to get a vanilla shake at the drive thru. The shake was not filled to the top, so I asked the employee if she would fill it to the top. Very rudely she said no that iis where it supposed to be at that level. Other Sonics fill it to the top. She was not friendly at all. I asked to speak to the manager. She walked to the back and then came back to say the manager said it was where it is suppose to be. They would lose a customer over an inch of ice cream? It was the worst customer service ever. It doesn’t make sense to me. I would have even paid extra to get it to the top.

I made an online order to pick up before work. I get there to pick it up and the manager comes out and tells me he canceled my order because they made it way earlier. I said why? I had a pickup time I wanted to pick it up. ge said we can remake it for you now. I have to be at work and can’t wait and now have no lunch. thanks! this was mu first and last time comming to this Sonic! maybe any sonic for that matter.

Miranda, the manager I got a bag of food so I asked for ranch and she said that will be extra even tho it supposed to come with some already absolutely ridiculous. It’s just ranch horrible would not recommend going there.

We were at the drive-in and ordering the food was pretty fast but when we ordered they missed one of our meals so we had to order separately for the extra meal they missed. I also ordered a croissant meal and when i got my food they had a piece of lettuce in the croissant that was not with that meal… other than that, the food was good.

The employees here are great. Sometimes they give me old tots but that’s not really my problem. My problem is with whoever owns this place. Most of the speakers here are basically trash. I have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times just to have the employees piece my order together. Please fix them. I know it is expensive but it is also a tax write off to repair your equipment. Take pride in the business you own and help it to function properly.

The food is always hot and fresh. The car hops are nice and kind and quick to hand the food over. Sometimes there is a wait but it is because they are cooking and the food is fresh.
In the past this Sonic was rough but I guess they got someone in there who cleaned house and taught the workers how it is done!

Should not have kids working at this location because not once did they ask what we wanted, did not say they would be right with us. They decided to take their head sets off and talk instead of worrying about paying customers. If someone is getting off of work, it would be nice to pull up and be taking care of especially when there is no one at the stalls.

I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger, tator tots, 3 piece cinnastacks, and Reeses peanut butter shake. First problem stall #3 wouldn’t take my card and I couldn’t figure out how to use the app. I’m traveling from Texas back to Louisiana so once I saw all the food was in the bag and the server brought me back my card (since he had to go inside to check out my order) I go back on the interstate. I ate my tots first then wanted to try my shake only to realize I don’t have a straw. There weren’t any napkins in the bag either. I got to the burger last. There was no bacon. The patties were on the dry side so I split them with my dog and tossed the rest. The other food and shake were good. I drank some of the shape through the top but kept getting whipped cream ion my face.
