This is mot a good spot. Yo yall NEVER have Zax sauce. I always have the worst tea I’ve tasted. I order sweet u give unsweetened NEVER ANY ICE, and ALWAYS get my order wrong. This is the third time I went there almost in a row thinking it’ll get better, but never does. The women be having attitudes, and I get the smallest amount of t of food. Every time, and I mean LITERALLY – No sauce , gets order wrong, no iced sweet tea. Ridiculous

We just had the BEST experience at this Zaxbys!! The manager, Kierra, was AMAZING!!! She was very organized, helpful and CLEARLY knows how to lead her team! Five stars for her awesome attitude and leadership! Best Zaxbys experience I or my team (wrestling team) has ever had!! Food came very quickly, was HOT and everything was on point! She needs a raise and much more!!!!

Okay, I was a little leery getting anything from this Zaxby’s, because of their rating of 91.
The customer service was okay, even if he didn’t know what he was doing.
The Cobb Salad that I ordered was horrible! The lettuce was blackened and some of it was water logged. So, I had to pick out A LOT of the lettuce. I must have spent at least 15 minutes doing that alone, before I could eat. Also, the bread was soaked too with butter.
Would I recommend this Zaxby’s…NO!!!

I paid extra for large fries every other order had more fries than mine. I paid extra for a large drink and all the drinks were small. Only mine was supposed to have ice and they all had ice. No straws, chicken looked absolutely disgusting. Didn’t touch it and will not spend another cent here. The total for the family was $75 and my food looked subpar. Ive attached photos which tells me how amazing my camera is because it looks a lot better in the photo. Chicken on the far left was deep fried or something. I think 3 stars was very generous. We can discuss your online pickup procedures if you would like. I order online then have to stand in the same line as everyone else ordering and wait for them to finish to pickup my food which is just sitting on the back counter.

First of all they food NEVER good it’s always a long wait and today the lobby was closed at 8;00 knowing fully they drive thru close at 11. I literally waited 45 m for my food once I got it my kiking chicken was dringed in hot and ranch sauce by the time I made it home my whole sandwhich was soggy!! Uneatible and the manger has a nasty attitude because he have to work?? Just worse wish I can give them no stars! Yall needa tighten up

I will never go back to this location the food is never fresh they are lazy and I had to get an order made over 3 times until I gave up to get a refund. The manager couldn’t even get it right the second time I asked for everything fresh and they gave me back room temp fries and the wings were friend very hard I asked for the dry rub lemon pepper wings my wings had no lemon pepper and they were just full of oil and extra hard. I’ve always had issues with them lazy workers and mangers. Go to the Hampton location their food is always fresh and made to perfection. Very disappointed to had drive there 3X back to back.

I placed a mobile order at 2:11pm and was handed my order at 2:23pm. The chicken tenders were not hot and had the rubbery constantly from being under a heat lamp for hours. When I complained about it I was told that they will fix it this time but they don’t usually remake mobile orders. The very kind cashier told me that they make the orders as soon as they come in. I responded with the fact that I just placed the order and she just handed it to me. I watched as the cook put thr boxes on the counter and she grabbed them. If they were fresh when they were prepared initially they would of not gotten cold that quickly. It was an insult on my intelligence. Just admit you gave me some old chicken tenders and fix it. Don’t try to make it seem like my fault because I had a mobile order

this has been my second time going to this zaxbys and they are always either burning my food or not making it right, first my toast was burnt and i have no condiments whatsoever even after pay from extra, now it’s my nibbler my buns were burnt no sauce what so ever and my chicken was extra dry the box was ripped up

Tell me whyyyyyy the service here is always so insanely good?? Everyone here is incredibly kind EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I come in. Every person! The order is always correct and the people are always amazing. I swear, this team needs to train other locations (looking at you, Henry County) because they are phenomenal. ❤️❤️❤️
