Being my first visit to Red Robin I was admiring the details in the deco. The added touch on the ceiling in the dining room, neat! I was greeted by the host at the door and taken to my requested table. Seth my waiter was very friendly & knowledgable about the menu and offered suggestions. I respected the fact that he indeed had tried the menu items. I ordered the BBQ burger that comes with endless steak fries. Enjoyed all of it. Everything was fresh & seasoned just the way I like. Seth did suggest dessert options that sounded great! The chocolate, mountain mud pie! Wow!! After that yummy burger I had to pass. Maybe next visit. This was the first time here and the first time at a RR in about 10 years. Came in for a late lunch or early supper and was promptly waited on. Our orders were correct, fast and a nice presentation, but the most important was the taste. My MadLove burger was a flavor explosion all the way thru. My garlic butter fries with cheese was very good also. My wife was really impressed with her wedge lettuce burger and she had sweet potato fries then the zucchini fries. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
For a chain it was very good and I’d most likely eat here again, BUT it’s not our local 30-Burger in Texarkana… Still happy we came, very satisfied with what we received for the price and likes the clean table.

So after a ridiculous visit to another restaurant earlier in the evening, we elected to visit this one. It’s only about a year old and we had yet to try it.
We arrived and had to wait to be seated, even though there were a plethora of tables empty. That said, they are obviously under staffed since no less than a dozen tables were dirty from previous guests.
We were eventually greeted by a server who took our drink order. We had to stop her to add an appetizer. Our appetizer, pretzel bites, arrived and it was okay but nothing exceptional. Notable was the tremendous lack of salt, unusual for a pretzel related item.
Fully ten minutes goes by before the server returns to take our entree orders. This goes fairly smoothly. We both ordered burgers. I upgraded to the garlic herb fries.
Twenty minutes later, the burgers arrive. But wait, my wife’s burger is incorrect. The server takes it back but returns in mere moments with a burger that’s exactly what she ordered. She states that her boss had ordered the exact same thing as she just took hers to expedite our order. Funny how it was prepared the exact same way with the exact same omissions.
Worth noting here is that my upgraded fries were placed on a separate plate but my wife’s fries were on my plate. The server said we could just move them to her plate. Curious that the cooks could not manage to do that instead. That all said, the garlic herb fries were barely that. There were minimal pieces of herb to be found. But I gathered them all and put them on a single fry.
We managed to eat our food but also noticed that while this dining room was mostly empty, the hostess sat every single table in the same area as us. Literally four tables in a cluster near a corner with no one else at the other twenty or so tables that were available.
I’ve loved this chain for years but this was my wife’s first visit. We will not return to this location.
The food was mediocre, the service sub par, and to top it all off…
There was a hair in my fries that I didn’t see until I was finished eating. To be honest, I didn’t alert the server because by now I was just ready to leave. We paid the check at the little portable kiosk on the table and thankfully left.
On a positive note, the server left a lot of napkins. *sigh*

I enjoyed my burger, I liked the cool environment, my guest did not care for her burger, But… This is where the restaurant shined. They brought her another item. (Which she selected and enjoyed.) The manager came out found out what she didn’t like and why. This is how you take care of your customers and learn to correct it for future visits. I then need ordered mudslide pie. Outstanding! We were very happy with this visit.

Nice place, good burgers. All you can eat fries. So many different burgers it’s hard to pick one. The margaritas could have been a little stronger. Overall good meal. I will be going back.

Super tasty!!! Went with my sister at about 8pm on a Sunday. Everything was fresh and delicious!!! I definitely recommend the purple lemonade to drink as it’s yummy and it comes in a fun glass too!

My friend and I were looking for somewhere new to eat for lunch. We had read the reviews that the service was bad but the food was just okay. We visited the restaurant and were seated right away. The waitress that attended us informed us that she would not be our permanent waitress but notified us of our waiter that would join us promptly. She brought our drinks and was kind enough to break the menu down since we had not been there before. Very knowledgeable. The food was spectacular. Best fried pickles ever. Service was top notch. Want to return asap to take my grandchildren. Highly recommend.
