We enjoyed an amazing dinner in this Cheesecake Factory. We’re used to have to wait for a table (from other Cheesecake Factory restaurants, especially in Northern Miami) so we were positively surprised we immediately got a table. Our server was very quiet – but extremely efficient and saw whenever we needed something. Not one time we had to ask for something, he seemed to knew what we needed with a look from the distance. Perfection! Food itself good, as expected from Cheesecake Factory.

Temporary update: I lost something important in your restaurant and can’t reach you by phone. I contacted Cheesecake Factory X account and they can’t help either. Please reach out to me asap.

Food was excellent and the service was good. Even though the menu is huge, every single thing I have tried at the CCF has been excellent. Today my mother and I tried the burgers and once again, they were fantastic. And as always, the cheesecake was amazing.

Im going to let this pictures speak for themselves. 10/10 Chicken nachos (ask for double chicken and double cheese). Those nachos are the best nachos everrrr! And ask for the fried cheese with a side of vodka sauce (the marina sauce is a little sweet but so good so I asked for vodka sauce on the side as well to mix and match). The passion mint fizz is my go to! Evelyn’s pasta with extra lime slices on the side and crispy chicken. Love it!!!!!

Ordered the carnitas bowl but there were exceptionally large chucks of fat and little meat. I’d switch out the meat to chicken if possible. Otherwise,great presentation and other foods were great. Service was slow.. come if you have the time.

Went to have lunch with my daughter on a Sunday. service was slow, but not a Problem even a manager came out and apologized about the wait time. When our food finally arrived, I bit into my steak tacos and they were ice cold. I explained that to the waiter and he took the tacos back about 10 minutes go by and the same tacos come out even the bitten one by this time my daughter has already eaten Half her food and we’re going on almost 2 hours from the time we sat down so I informed the waiter I just want to pack up my meal at this point. He was apologetic and offered a free slice of cheesecake. We were going to get cheesecake anyway so we took him up on the offer. While we were there, we went to use the salt and it wasn’t coming out so we unscrewed it and it was disgusting. It was brown! I have no idea why it was that color. After I got home, I decided to email the cheesecake factory about our lunch. I received a phone call The next morning from a manager. She informed me there is nothing wrong with people, biting into food and putting it on the grill. She Proceeded to tell me cheesecake factory does not like to waste food. I explained to her I threw my food away because that just doesn’t seem right to me. She wasn’t very happy with me when I said that doesn’t seem sanitary. She said she would refund my money. I still have not received that. I did call the cheesecake, Customer Service rep Whitney called about three or four days later and could really care less about the situation she informed me there is nothing wrong with people taking bites out of their food and putting it back on the grill. This will be my last time at cheesecake factory it seems like every employee could care less about giving Customer Service.

We have been to this location a handful of times. The food & drinks were great. However we came to celebrate a birthday. We made a note on our online reservation and told our server that this was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, there was no candle or song. And we were not allowed to use the two birthday rewards we got via email, only one. (We had two birthdays at our table). We didnt even get a “Happy Birthday”. We left feeling disappointed.

We decided to visit this restaurant since we were in the area. Despite the large crowd, we only had to wait about 15 minutes. However, there were hardly any seats available, and people were standing in front of the door both inside and outside. The restaurant was freezing! Initially, the young host seemed hesitant, but he transformed into a bubbly and friendly personality once a manager approached. Our server was very friendly and humorous, but we felt he was a bit slow.
Overall, the food was delicious, but we encountered an issue with the chicken on the chicken pasta. By the time our server returned, half of our meals had been eaten because we were growing impatient with the waiting time. We also heard other customers complaining about missing chicken on their pasta right next to us. As a gesture of apology, they offered us a cheesecake. While it was a nice gesture, it would have been nice if we were offered our chicken.
Considering these experiences, we’re not likely to return to this particular location.

EDIT/UPDATE: reluctantly went back after the review below to use a gift card and things were much better! The food was hot on arrival, tasty, and the service was good. Condiments came quickly upon request, and our server was very attentive. This is more like the Cheesecake Factory we have known in the past.

I have given this location a try on several occasions now. Today will be the last. There wasn’t anything awful, but for the price, the quality and service aren’t there. Our food took a long time to come out despite it not being crowded at all. When it came out, several of our entrees were lukewarm and had clearly been sitting under a lamp. The kids’ Alfredo was a bowl of tasteless noodles for $10 (no protein or sides) and when I went to put salt on it, the salt was all congealed in there and it was disgusting. They forgot the hot sauce I asked for (not a deal breaker but again, for the price they are charging, I can do better in this area). Overall, I would have rather gone to Panera down the road for half the price. ‍♀️

The staff we interacted with were professional and warm and my wife and I enjoyed interacting with them (especially Jasmine, who served us and did an amazing job).

The food, however, was awful. My wife’s Brut champagne was flat and discolored. The Michelob beer I ordered came in a lukewarm glass, despite me asking for a chilled one. The mushroom appetizer was scalding hot and mostly flavorless. It tasted like we were eating a mop head. I ordered steak frites and asked for medium-rare. The steak was extremely small, gristly and over-cooked, and the fries were cold and tasteless. My wife ordered a Mexican salad which she enjoyed, but she also ordered a side of fries which came out extremely cold and chewy, which I asked Jasmine to send back. I never, EVER send food back and normally resort to just eating whatever comes out, but it’s clear the fries served to us had been sitting for a very long time.

The spacing of when we got our appetizers to when our actual entree showed up was uncomfortably long.

The last thing that really bothered me was how silverware was handled. The utensils were just placed on the table by themselves. They were not wrapped in a napkin with care which is what I am accustomed to seeing at literally every restaurant I eat at. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if I saw visual evidence of the table surfaces being sanitized in between guests, but this was not the case AT ALL in the time that we dined there. A party would leave, the table would be cleared of the plates, utensils etc, but I witnessed zero wiping down or sanitization of the table at all. The dirty table was immediately festooned with loose forks and knives and ready for the next customer, who inevitably took their spot at that same dirty table a mere 60 seconds later. To be frank, it was disgusting. My tab with a 25% tip to our server was just shy of $200, and I feel like I was robbed. This was easily the worst dining experience I have ever had as an adult and we will not be back. We drove 35 minutes expected to be delighted and treated well and instead were left with a dining experience that felt akin to a McDonald’s but priced like fine dining.

The front of house hostess (whose name I did not recall) was very professional, engaging, and excellent.
