Was recommended to come here from my brother. He was right their food was fantastic. Some of the better pho I’ve tasted. But the whole experience was tainted because of how dirty the facilities were. The floors, the tables, the seats and let’s not talk about out the bathrooms. I was a little grossed out. Ruined the experience for me. Hopefully they can put cleanliness on their priorities come 2026. Maybe next time we will order to go. They had a whole kiosk that allowed you to come in and self-serve for pickup. Lots of people were doing that.

The food at this restaurant was truly amazing and left me in awe. I’m a big fan of Asian cuisine, and this place exceeded my expectations. The flavors were bursting with taste, and the food was cooked to perfection.

However, I must mention that the restaurant is understaffed, which means you’ll likely wait for more than 40 minutes for your food. But don’t worry, it will arrive fresh and hot.

One downside is that they forgot to bring me my Thai tea. I wasn’t a fan of it because it tasted more powdery and overly sweet. But I’m excited to give it another try when I go back. We truly enjoyed our meal! And watch out the chilly is spicy my mother and I got spice out with just a dab.

You know when Pho is good when you minimally add sauces after because what they serve you is already A++. The serving size, we only ordered a medium but it was so much, I was so happy! I could probably share this with a another person if I wanted to. The ambiance of the place was good, They also have call buttons to call your server. But one thing that I would say that they can improve on is their service, I pushed the button 3 different times (one to order appetizer cause we forgot to;, 2nd and 3rd time was to pay) and they didnt come to my 1st call which was ok since our main food had already came. But the 2nd time, they took long to come to come that I had to press it the 3rd time and even then it was still a wait.

This is a review of their Meridian location.
First couple of visits the pho and banhmi were pretty good as were the spring rolls. But today it’s like they changed their recipes. The banhmi bread is not the previous baguette, it’s more like a stale roll and there wasn’t much in the way of filling – i ordered the special. The spring rolls were still pink on the inside and you dont want to ingest pink pork unless you’re aiming to get sick, it also had an after taste. The pho broth also tasted different from the first few times we’ve visited and had an after taste as well. I’ve had copious amounts of Vietnamese cuisine from my previous life in SoCal so I’ve developed a pretty good baseline. I hope they go back to basics.

Oh as a comparison check put Vietfood on Overland, they’re pretty spot on! Their cafe su da is the real thing. Check out the pho, spicy beef noodles, banh mi, spring rolls…etc. The owner just came over from Vietnam and so far it’s pretty authentic. I hope it doesn’t change.

Happy eating all!

Got a delivery from Pho 7 and unfortunately it did not meet the expectations at all. Very little broth compared to the noodles and steak, bean sprouts came soft and not fresh, as well as the mint. All the sides were put in one plastic zip bag which is disappointing considering paying almost $20 for one dish.

Stopped by Pho 7 & Bubble Tea in Nampa and was beyond impressed! The server provided excellent service very polite, attentive, and welcoming. The food portions were enormous, full of flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The whole restaurant has a pleasant, clean environment that makes dining here enjoyable. Definitely one of the best spots in town for pho and bubble tea—I’ll be coming back often!

This has been the best Vietnamese food I’ve had so far. The service is consistently excellent. Overall, I have a very positive experience at this restaurant. However, I did find a few dirty spoons and forks on separate occasions. Addressing this minor issue would further enhance the dining experience.

Went previously and the service was very slow. They do not check on you. We had 5 people the water was empty before they finished taking our order and they did not bring more. Pho was decent but not very rich flavor and underwhelming.
Gave them a second chance since the family was wanting pho and our favorite pho is 13hrs away since moving. Slow service. With an almost empty restaurant we stayed standing in the doorway for several minutes waiting to be seated. They were out of beef broth for the beef pho which was disappointing since they did not let us know until after taking our order. Ordered the chicken instead and the chicken was dry/bouncy. We asked for our check and the server let us know our meal total and then we gave our card to pay but it was a swipe card which they couldn’t take at the table so they ran it up to the counter to finish out our bill. They gave us back our card and receipt and it had a new total amount? They took it upon themselves to input their own tip without permission!

I like getting pho ga (chicken pho) here, it’s decent for the price and good chicken, dining in. Takeout is a different story. It’s not a lot of broth, and the basil in the little bag is always gross. If you do get takeout, be sure to reheat the broth and cook the meat throughly. Their takeaway containers are really convenient, but eating straight out of them may not be food safe. I recently got very sick after eating here and NOT doing this.

*EDIT* The nice response by the owner made me realize that my original review was misleading. The time I became sick, I had pho tai (beef slices), not chicken. The chicken has always been cooked well and great tasting and good texture. Traditionally, the beef slices are undercooked so that they cook in the hot broth. This shouldn’t be a problem dining in. Takeout, again, is a different story, and all the food should be reheated to safe temperatures and not just eaten in the container when you get home. It’ll probably take some time, but I mostly likely will come back here someday for their chicken pho. I’ll be back before that for their thai tea menu. I don’t want to scare people away from the restaurant, but to call attention to food safety. Always reheat especially when meat is undercooked, on purpose or no.

I ordered the Pho Chicken soup. I got it to go. It came with vegetables in a baggie. The soup was delicious! The baggie veggies were old and some of the bean sprouts were rotten on their tips 1/2 “. The Thai basil was wilted, wet and dark. The lime pieces were brown and old on the edges. Would I order again, yes. But I would check my veggies first to make sure it was fresh.
