We ordered breakfast for pick up today and the pancakes were not fully cooked, the hash browns were undercooked and when I called to tell them the staff didn’t even apologize or anything. They seemed disturbed that our food was undercooked “so what do you want to do? Come get it now?” No sorry, no anything. I had to ask them to make our whole breakfast over & they had an attitude about it… “well being the old food back then” girl don’t nobody want this food!

With the food being undercooked whenever certain servers are on shift, they seem to be talking more I stead of working. One server in particular did not have a pleasant greeting, did not have a order slip, did not write down our order, and had an attitide, then because she had a loud tone, she was talking bad about other customers when they weren’t there. Please fix this because anyone who comes to this location should either go to a dennys or a different gw location. Honestly this is just another case of employees hate their jobs. If they don’t like their jobs, just quit and give an opportunity to those who actually want to work. Whoever had morning shift on Thanksgiving day they were horrible with customer service. We literally had to eat our food with our hands after we had asked for silverware. THAT IS A HEALTH AND FOOD VIOLATION!!!!!! WHEN IS IT OK FOR PEOPLE TO EAT FOOD WITH THEIR HANDS AND NOT SILVERWARE AT A DINER/RESTAURANT!?!?!?!??!

Every part of our Double Webb breakfast with steak was aweful. Pancakes were too thick, steak was not medium rare like we requested. No discount given. The owners should do better. We been coming here for years.

Went here after work for food. The waitress was incredibly rude, to put it mildly. After she took our order, I watched my food sit in the window for a good amount of time. I watched the waitress walk past the food several times before the cook told her the food was up.. My friend asked for more coffee and was told she had to wait until the waitress had time. Mind you it was not busy. After we got our food, I ate half of my chicken before looking down to find that the chicken WAS NOT COOKED! I ran to the bathroom to quickly get it out while my friend asked for a water for me. She again was told she would get the water when the waitress had time. She then informed the waitress why the water was needed. The waitress did not apologize for the error and instead snapped and said it was not her fault. She gave us the bill, I walked up to the counter to inform her that I would not be paying for any of the food, since my friend did not eat hers either. I told her I would only pay for the drinks we had. She rudely stated that my food was removed from the bill. I told her my friend also did not eat her food for fear of it not being cooked. Again the waitress snapped and said it was not her fault. When I informed her it was not about whose fault it was but we would not be eating… she took the bill from my hands and said she would take care of it. I left the building first and my friend was still inside, the waitress waited no time to complain about me infront of everyone. Just to show that I was not being dramatic, I have attached a picture of the chicken… all 3 chicken tenders looked like this. I would not eat here… if not because of the food then 100% because of the service. Please be careful!!!

Was at this location on Monday, 10/9/17. 1st time here and I must say its a clean and nice place 2 eat at. The cook “Sara” did a great job, she took my order at my table then cooked my order herself in the kitchen area. Talk abt mutitasking and mutitalented. Lol. First things first there were only 2 workers and it took them 45 minutes to make a ham scrambler and two burgers. I get home and the ham scrambler is done incorrectly as it does not come with bell peppers and onions. They also forgot the bread. If that isn’t bad enough, there are egg shells in my food. This is extremely disappointing. I will not be returning here.

I think the three star rating they have on TripAdvisor is appropriate. Fundamentals only type of place. No frills service. They say hello and will refill your coffee. Nothing innovative on the menu. Tasty and affordable food. If you live nearby it may become a regular haunt, but not worth traveling to it for the experience.

I went here with my mom, dad, and my brother and the service was just terrible. When we first got there it was fine. There were 2 other families when we came. After we ordered our food it took 40 minutes just to get half our food. We only got my mom’s and dad’s food, not even mines or my brothers. After my parents got their food my brother got his. I never got my food. Also the workers arguing about how they don’t keep track of the tables and how they don’t know how to cook. There was two lady’s cooking food. The other was a waitress. I definitely don’t recommend coming here the service was so bad. For example I never got my food. Also the workers were cussing in front of my 3 year old brother who repeats things people say. One of the cooks offered my dad some free food. We said no because earlier we saw her pick up the fries and put them into another basket. Mind you she wasn’t wearing any gloves just using her bare hands. To summarize everything I said DO NOT COME HERE.
