Pretty good Indian cuisine in Central Richmond. We tried the Butter Chicken, Coconut Curry Chicken, and Samosa Chaat. All of them were tasty and not spicy. I would go with the regular samosa next time instead of the one with chaat.
Service was good and it was pretty quiet on a week night. Lots of parking as well in this mall.

Hands down one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in Richmond.
A huge shoutout to the chef—the flavors here are incredibly authentic and layered. You can tell they don’t cut corners; the spices are toasted perfectly and the meats are incredibly tender. It’s rare to find a place that hits that “home-cooked” feel while maintaining a professional, gourmet standard.
Also, the portions are huge. We were pleasantly surprised by how deep the serving dishes were. You definitely get your money’s worth here, and then some!
If you’re craving real-deal Indian food that doesn’t skimp on quality or quantity, this is the spot. I’ll be craving that curry for weeks. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will not order again or recommend to anyone at all! Extremely upset by the lack of care, concern or accountability by the staff I spoke with. I have been a long time customer for over five years. I had an almost $75 takeout order which included a couple green salads for the first time. I ordered online on their website and nothing was mentioned about the salad being spicy or containing chillies. As someone who isn’t Indian and doesn’t eat Indian salads regularly, I was unaware that there were 5-6 full size chillies in the salad. My friend who is allergic to chillies had the salad and took a bite without realizing the chillies were in it, and had an allergic reaction. I also did and it completely ruined the rest of the meal as my mouth and palette were on fire! While I would clearly expect the main dishes to be moderately spicy, I would not expect a salad to be extremely spicy. Furthermore, not everyone likes or can handle spice like that, and it should be left as an “add on” option for those that want them. I called the restaurant with my concerns and suggestion that they revise the description on their website. I spoke to two different staff. They were both VERY rude and unprofessional in their tone and response. They didn’t take any accountability at all or acknowledge my concerns, or even apologize for this after I told them about my friend being allergic. No care at all! Just told me how it’s normal for Indian salads to contain chillies as if that’s something I should automatically know. Was also told to next time mention they not add that in my next order–no apology or offer to make up for this in any kind of way, and as if there was going to be another order after this incident. I felt ignored and wasn’t taken seriously at all. That is not how you make a customer feel when they bring genuine concerns to your attention. I was almost made to feel in a way that it was my own fault because “ The chillies were full and not cut up so I should have seen them”, and I “should have written in the notes that there was a chilli allergy” . As if I knew there would be chillies in the salad when that’s the only thing my friend had so didn’t think I had to. Also saying “They were full size placed on top for you to see it”, when they were really mixed all throughout it and blended with the lettuce etc. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt as a long time customer, but the manner in which this was handled and the outright rudeness and dismissiveness makes this completely unacceptable.

The lunch special is well worth a visit. I chose the lamb option. It was so tender and the spices were just right. The naan pushes the flavours over the top. I’ll certainly be back!

Eaten here before and had no issues. But today’s take out Vindaloo fish very, very saltish. I had to dilute it with hot water in order to eat it. I could not bring it back unfortunately but I did call back to inform the staff. The Manager was not available so had to leave a message.

I have quite high standards for Indian food because the best I’ve had was in England. Indian food should be super flavourful, filled with spices, curries are smooth and creamy, and naans fluffy buttery and full of fragrance. This place is the first restaurant in Vancouver that I believe comes close to that standard. It’s delicious, really affordable, and the quality has never changed since the first time I’ve had it a few years ago. No other Indian restaurant, in my opinion, has come close, and I’ve had some supposedly “authentic” Michelin star ones that left me and my wallet utterly disappointed tbh.
This restaurant is also very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. This is definitely a place I recommend to anyone who loves Indian food!

Came here for lunch and was seated right away. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The space feels new, clean, and nicely decorated with a comfortable atmosphere. We both ordered the lunch special, and the food was delicious—flavourful and well-portioned. I think the price is fair for what you get. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back, and I definitely recommend checking this place out

I had an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience at this restaurant on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was nearly empty — only two other guests were present — yet when I politely requested a window seat for my mother, the waitress flatly refused, stating that since we were three people, we could not sit there.
There was absolutely no reasonable justification for this decision. The restaurant was not busy, and the refusal felt unnecessary, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. The attitude displayed was rude and unprofessional, especially on a day that is meant to be special for families and loved ones.
Customer service like this is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. Staff members who treat guests with such disregard should not represent your establishment. If this is the level of hospitality being offered, it reflects very poorly on the restaurant.
I expect management to take this matter seriously and ensure corrective action is taken.

This is honestly the best Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors are incredible, and every dish I’ve tried has been amazing.
The only issue is that the portion sizes seem to get a little smaller each time I visit. Other than that, everything is excellent.
