Food is good when you can get it. They seem to have a hard time keeping the number of staff or competent minimum staff to run that place in any kind of efficient manner. Always frustrating. Just go to northbend Taco Bell- Also hit or miss.

Every time I come here I always am given the wrong drink and when I do get the right one, it tastes completely off.
Placed a dine in order on the screens inside of the restaurant and waited for 20 minutes as people who ordered after me got their food.
The entire time, my food was sitting on the table behind the counter. I stood at the register for 5 minutes as employees walked to and from it, ignoring me. When I finally got one of their attention, they laughed it off. I got three crunchy tacos and a drink; my tacos were all cold.
Atmosphere was less than ideal as another customer was becoming belligerent and only the manager knew how to fix the problem.

Went in to get my order through the drive through. The staff said to come into the lobby and that they were not taking orders through the drive through. Then I went inside and the staff said they would not take anyone’s order. Then locked the door with a lobby of angery customers. The staff was arguing with everyone in the lobby why everyone was asking if their online order was ready. The employees were also all yelling at each other. It was a crazy experience.

Called and a guy i couldn’t understand was RUDE,said “you just cant come to drive thru ,come down for yourself and fill drinks inside”.
Guess they’re too lazy to fill drinks at drive thru or still dont have drive thru fountain machine working, but still should fill them.What’s point of drive thru but you have to do everything?!
Also inside ,they won’t take your order,you have to type on a computer kiosk yourself, INSANE!!
So NO DRINKS or freezes IN DRIVE THRU ,HAVE TO GO IN TO GET DRINKS?SO PULL OUT OF DRIVE THRU ,FOOD GETS COLD WHILE YOU HAVE TO FILL DRINKS IN LOBBY? RUDE INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT & WORKERS, HAVE TO DO EVERY THING YOURSELF, SO WHEN DO WE GET PAID THEIR WAGE THEN FOR WORK THEY WONT DO ?

Why is everything spicy at taco bell? Jeez! And why dont they have baja blast pie?
Also why no receipts or receipts with rewards code to scan and earn? Didn’t think 1 location could opt out of rewards program.
If they only knew the turmoil they cause within a family of disabled people, wait..they couldn’t care less!!
Also stop charging more for the boxes than it says on board and online .they tried to charge me 2 dollars more for the price of the deluxe box ($9) and the regular chalupa box when they had it last time,and charge extra for drink it is supposed to include!!i said forget the drink,she said ” i have to charge you for it any how. so they are making an extra $5 to 7 or so on every person who orders any of the boxes.
i’m fed up with this location ,nothing but kids working there,playing around on phones dancing singing,charging more for food.probably stealing the profits!
This is our only taco bell on west side ,delhi is extra 3 miles out of our way.

They don’t offer the boxes on the app, and they removed Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Doritos Locos Tacos from the app as well for this location, forcing me to have to go to the North Bend location. Pretty unacceptable.

This Taco Bell is high volumed, high intensity with great speed and service. The crew members and managers are well mannered and eager to maintain perfect service. May be a little backed up at times due to rush hour but it’s worth the pit stop.

yeah, I’m never going here again. Firstly, the girl taking orders through the drive thru was super rude. My boyfriend told her that we wanted the taco and burrito cravings box, and she told us that they don’t have that, but when we went up to the window and asked her about it, they suddenly had it. We had to tell her that we wanted soft tacos 5 TIMES. They gave us the wrong order at first, and when we finally got our proper order (15 minutes later), we got a party pack, 5 cheesy roll ups, and a cinnamon twist. The tacos in the party pack were suspiciously wet in spots, I really hope they didn’t spit in our food. The cheesy rollups had few to no amount of cheese, I even got one with NO CHEESE ON HALF and a weird purple thing inside. Literally was just eating a tortilla. I was in line for 30ish minutes for that. Absolutely ridiculous.
