Earlier this week, on our way home from the zoo, we discovered this friendly family-run pizza restaurant! We had a 10-slice half-bacon, half-cheese-only pizza for $10! They had coloring books and crayons for our kids! The service was quick and polite. We dined in but got a box for our leftovers, which were tasty the next day too. We will be back if we are nearby. 5/5 in the $ price range (if it was $$ 4/5, if $$$ 3/5)

Great garlic cheese bread, love the bread they use for their grinder. Pizza supreme-style was loaded with toppings!
Service for us was a bit of a mess – we got our pizza first, then the grinder 20 minutes later, then our cheese bread only when we asked 15 more minutes later and learned it was forgotten.

Last night I went to Raimondos Pizza on West State Blvd. The line was out the door for well over an hour on and off, the phones were ringing like crazy, delivery drivers back and forth. They never missed a beat, never ignored a customer, always had a smile. This is what small, local businesses are all about. I love that the community supports them and others. Not to mention, they have the best pizza around and all their food is top notch. I couldn’t recommend them enough. And the best part, the prices are more than fair. My family and I love this place.

We ordered food at 6:24pm, we didn’t get our food delivered until 8:45pm. We paid $68.71 for food and it took over 2 hours! We called after the first hour to see where it was at and the guy said “we’ve been busy tonight, we will get it ready as soon as we can” and then hung up! Like SERIOUSLY! You haven’t even started it?! Then we called back after the 2 hour mark, we asked if it would just be faster if we came and picked it up ourselves and were informed it just left the store, after 2 HOURS! The delivery driver shows up and says “the manager threw in some extra food for the wait”. All the food was Luke warm at best, the bread was soggy in the middle and burnt on the ends. We only went there because the reviews were good, but sadly our experience was not that! We won’t be going back.

We placed an order at 5:47 and were told it could be 20-25 minutes. My husband arrived at 6:07 and paid. He waited another 20 minutes and finally asked how much longer. The female worker said it would be about 5 more minutes. At 6:57 he finally got our pizza with the worker just saying, “Sorry for the wait.” A 25 minute pizza became a hour and 10 minutes with no concern for our inconvenience. Terrible customer service!

Finally got to try this place out. We got a taco pizza and Hawaiian, both hand tossed. So good. The crust is just a bit crunchy with a smoky/slight burn taste and its amazing. When our food got done she said they messed one up and it would be another 10 minutes as they rushed it. Still 5 stars because that’s great service is my opinion. Not sure what happened if a pizza got burnt or what but whatever did happen they weren’t satisfied giving me that pizza and made a whole new one immediately and put it through. Accidents happen I dont care about the extra wait time, excellent food and service. I hope we get to order again before we leave Fort wayne

Decided to order a pizza from here after working a late shift.
The person on the phone was friendly and informative.
I ordered a specialty pizza minus mushrooms and added cheese fries as a side. The fries were exceptional. The pizza was pretty good, too, but I’ve had better from here in the past.
Things they do well: Toppings heaven, and fresh taste.
Things they could improve on: amount of cheese and finer chopped toppings, some were very large.
Very good overall. 8.7/10
